| The intellectualization of TCM mainly substitutes hardware equipment for doctor to "inspect,auscultate,olfactive,inquire and pulse diagnosis" to the patient,thus obtains the diagnosis result.However,there are differences between hardware recognition and human eye recognition,which leads to various factors affect the collected data.How to optimize the collected data and reduce the differences caused by various reasons is an important problem to be solved in the intellectualization of TCM.Aiming at all kinds of problems in the process of image acquisition in open environment,this paper puts forward a new method of image acquisition and processing and a service system.The main contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.By studying the main methods of image acquisition and processing of TCM inspection at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the limitations,advantages and disadvantages of various methods,and puts forward a new TCM image acquisition and data processing system based on smart phone camera,We Chat applet and color card with location identifier.2.Aiming at the problem of image acquisition equipment,this paper studies the acquisition method of the inspection image acquisition device and the i maging technology of the acquisition lens.In order to evaluate the image quality of the camera lens,the image quality of the camera lens is evaluated from the aspects of sharpness,peak signal to noise ratio and lens distortion.3.Aiming at the problem of color card recognition in image,this paper analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream color card design,and redesigns a color card and recognition algorithm with location identifier.The coordinates of the location identifier on the color card are calculated,and the location coordinates are restored to the real-world coordinate system by the inverse perspective transform algorithm.In this paper,the principle of thresholding and filtering algorithm is studied,and the performance and advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are compared with the experiment.The comparative experiments show that the color card recognition algorithm is effective and improves the recognition rate and algorithm efficiency.4.Aiming at the problem of image color deviation,various color spaces and common color correction algorithms are studied,and an adaptive linear regression correction algorithm in absolute color space is proposed.Under the open condition,the non-face part of the face is detected and removed,and the absolute color space is transformed to calculate the best color polynomial,and then the color correction is carried out.It realizes automatic color card recognition,color extraction,optimal color difference polynomial matching and image color correction,which is one of the innovations in this paper.5.Aiming at the problem of image collection platform,a set of inspection service software and background image processing service program are designed and developed independently.Comparing and analyzing the mainstream software architecture,the cloud service architecture and the dependent client architecture are adopted.Client based on We Chat applet development,server based on multi-threaded reactor model development.Experimental results show that the system has good I/O performance,stability and real-time,and realizes automatic inspection image processing.It can effectively eliminate the influence of equipment and environmental light,and has certain innovation and engineering application prospects. |
