Objective: The purpose of this study is to use traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with homemade licorice oil to treat spleen and stomach damp-heat rheumatism,observe its clinical efficacy and recurrence,and explore the effectiveness and superiority of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with homemade licorice oil therapy.It provides a clinical method for the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat rheumatism in the future.Methods: In this study,64 patients with spleen and stomach damp-heat rheumatism who were treated in the Dermatology Clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table: treatment group 32 cases,given Oral Chinese medicine Mianjian granules(Jianpi Chushifang)combined with topical homemade licorice oil;32 cases in the control group were given topical 0.03% tacrolimus ointment.Before and after treatment,record the patient’s clinical symptom score(skin lesion area,degree of redness,degree of dryness,degree of scaling/ scaching,degree of pruritus/ pain),and calculate the total score.Both groups were treated for 4weeks,and the patient’s curative effect was evaluated after treatment,1month after the end of treatment,follow up the cured and markedly effective patients,and record the recurrence,and observe whether there are any adverse reactions during the treatment.Use SPSS 25.0 software for statistical analysis and evaluation of curative effect.Results: 1.Comparison of individual scores of clinical symptoms:The scores of skin lesion area,degree of swelling,degree of dryness,degree of desquamation/scaching,and degree of pruritus/pain after treatment of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The degree of swelling and desquamation/ scaching degree were compared between the groups after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the area of skin lesions was compared between the groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the degree of dryness and itching/ There was no significant difference in pain degree between groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the total scores of clinical symptoms: After treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total clinical effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 87.1%,respectively.After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.omparison of recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were 8.70% and 42.86%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety analysis: During the treatment of the two groups of patients,there were no adverse reactions such as aggravation or allergies.Conclusion: 1.Oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with topical self-made licorice oil and topical 0.03% tacrolimus ointment have a good effect on the treatment of spleen and stomach damp-heat rheumatism,and oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Chushi Decoction combined with topical self-made licorice oil is better 0.03%tacrolimus ointment for external use.2.Oral Chinese medicine Jianpi Chushi Recipe combined with topical homemade licorice oil can significantly improve the clinical symptom scores of skin lesion area,degree of redness,degree of dryness,degree of desquamation/scaching,and degree of itching/ pain,with low recurrence rate and high safety It is worthy of clinical application.
