| It is inevitable and important of perfecting the medical talent training to improve the quality of medical talent,the level of medical system and the capability of service for the society and patients.The status quo of medical talent training is combed to investigate the problem and analyze the reason,based on career theory,by taking Tianjin Medical University affiliated hospital as an example.The thesis analyzes the ways and means of personnel training adopted by affiliated hospitals in various stages of their careers,and summarizes the training mode of talents in Tianjin Medical University affiliated hospitals,according to consulting a large number of documents,conducting interviews with relevant personnel and combining questionnaire surveys.The main problems are exposed about medical talent education system division,professional training,training subject and continuing education.We analyze the reasons from the aspects of training subject orientation,hospital development direction,system management and financial input.The thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve talent training of medical talents: First,gradually unify the academic system.Second,improve vocational training,standardize the training of specialists.Third,improve continuing medical education.Fourth,strengthen the coordination of medical system and education system. |
