Founded by medical research institutes or high medical colleges, the medical college affiliated hospitals are functioning as both institutes for students going for clinical practice and linking theory with practice, and cradles for medical workers being trained as high level of medical experts, and obtaining the continual education. For years, cooperating with the medical colleges, the medical college affiliated hospitals have trained a large number of qualified medical talents. Meanwhile, the medical college hospitals are playing roles of authorities on medical technical service and medical professional guidance, and important bases for medical scientific research and education. The construction of these hospitals seriously affect the long-term development of medical science.In the era of comprehensive competition, these hospitals must have faced some social competition on survival and development just as what the companies did. The scientific decision-making, taking full advantage of external policy environment and internal resource capacity should be guaranteed by the high-quality teachers in medical college and the advanced human resource management system. In the times of knowledge-based economy, the human resource, as the most important and active factor in productivity, has been proved to the decisive link affecting the realization of hospital’s objective and its overall interests. The affiliated hospital introducing talents has significant meaning on improving the structure of the talents, promoting the medical service and scientific research, and thus realize the hospitals’sustainable development.However, restricted by the concepts of talents, talents management system and talents environment, each affiliated hospital has to deal with some issues arose from the process of talents introduction. The Twelfth Five-year Plan proposed to further carry out the strategy of developing China through science and education and reinvigorating China through human resource development, and speed up the construction of an innovative country, and establish an outline for long-term education and talents planning. The medical college affiliated hospitals should strength their work on talents introduction and cultivation, so as to obtain sustainable development.This paper obtained some related information and data through document review method and systematical analysis method.Research purpose:study and analyze the talents introduction, and find out some issues which affect and restrict to attract the talents and even keep the talents. By studying deep reason, this paper put forward some suggestions on talents introduction.Research contents:This paper takes the medical college affiliated hospitals as research subject, starting from the operating mechanism and development rule of the talents market, apply the SWOT analysis and discuss the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges from angles of social, economical, systematic factors, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to create a better environment for the affiliated hospitals’sustainable development.Conclusion:Confronted with our country’s strategic policy of talents development and new environment of economic development in Shandong province, the medical college affiliated hospitals should do a good job in human resources management to introduce talents, offer intellectual support for medical service. Meanwhile, to do this job, the affiliated hospitals also should change ideas and innovative ways to link the external talents introduction with internal talents cultivation. By establishing a team of technical talents with excellent mind can lay a solid foundation for further developing, making good service brand and setting up good reputation for the affiliated hospitals.Suggestions:The affiliated hospitals should further enhance understanding on talents introduction, change the traditional concepts, attach importance to the cultural construction, and strengthen effort to attract talents. At the same time, the affiliated hospitals should pay attention to train the talents, and promote the overall medical service ability of the hospital personnel.
