| Part one Quantitative study of normal values of EAT in different phases of cardiac cycle with 256-Slice spiral CTObjective: Quantitatively measure PATV,EATV and the EAT thicknesses in different positions of normal person in different phases with256-slice spiral CT,analyze the influencing factors, put forward the normal reference values of the EAT in different phases of cardiac cycle, and discuss the clinical significance. Methods: Select 100 patients met the criterion who were clinically suspected cardiovascular disease or asymptomatic physical examination in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020,including 42 males and 58 females, with an average age of 50.25±12.73 years old.All the patients were examined by 256-slice spiral CT so that can reconstruct the systole phase(45%)and the diastolic phase image(75%)images,measure the PATV,EATV,EATth-AVG,EATth-IVG and EATth-RVF with cardiac function software, analyze the data and influencing factors in different phases and put forward the average reference range.Results:1.Comparison results of the CT related parameters of the EAT values in45% phase and 75% phase: PATV,EATV,EATth-RAVG,EATth-AIVG and EATth-IIVG in 75% phase are larger than those in 45% phase(P<0.05).While EATth-LAVG,EATth-SIVG,EATth-RVF mean and EATth-RVF max in75% phase are smaller than in 45% time phase(P<0.05).2.In the same phase of the cardiac cycle, the PATV of the male is larger than that in female(P<0.05).After standardizing by body surface area, can find that in 45% phase, the EATth-LAVG of male is smaller than that in female(P<0.05)),meanwhile in 75% phase, both the EATth-RAVG and EATth-IIVG of male are smaller than those in female(P<0.05).3.Both the PATV and the EATV are increasing in 45% phase and in75% phase when standardize the data by body surface area. The results in different age groups: young,middle-aged,and elderly groups are same.(P<0.05).4.Put forward the CT-related parameters’ reference values of EAT in45% phase and 75% phase of in the 95% ranges after standardization of the body surface area. Conclusion: 256-slice spiral CT cardiac imaging can quantitatively measure parameters of the EAT which change in different phases of the cardiac cycle. The reference values of EAT in different phases provide a reference for evaluating the correlation between EAT and cardiovascular disease with multislice spiral CT.Part two Quantitative study of normal values of PCAT volumes and FAI with 256-Slice spiral CTObjective: Quantitatively measure the PCAT and FAI of normal person in different phases of the cardiac cycle, analyze the influencing factors, put forward the reference values of PCAT and FAI,and discuss the clinical significance. Methods: Select 130 patients met the criterion, including 48 males and 82 females, with an average age of 49.27±11.24 years. All patients were examined by coronary artery CT so that can reconstruct the systole phase(45%)and the diastolic phase images(75%)images with the original data.Quantitatively measure the PCAT and the FAI of the coronary artery branches(LAD,LCX and RCA)in the 1cm,2cm,and 4cm groups with peripheral fat intelligent assessment software. And analyze the measured data in 45% phase and 75% phase with statistical methods. Results: 1.Comparison results of the LAD,LCX and RCA in 45% phase and in 75% phase: The data values of the fat volume around the LAD and LCX in 75% phase are larger than in 45% phase(P<0.05).And the data values of FAI of LAD and RCA in 75% phase are larger than in 45%(P<0.05).2.The comparison results of the FAI values of the LAD,LCX and RCA in 75% phase in the 1cm,2cm,and 4cm groups: The FAI values of the LCX between 4cm group with 1cm group or 2cm group show significantly difference(P<0.05).In 75% phase, the FAI values of the LAD,LCX and RCA among 1cm group,2cm group and 4cm group all show significantly difference(P<0.05).3.Gender comparison results of the fat volume around the LAD,LCX and RCA in 75% phase: The fat volumes around the LCX and RCA of female are larger than that of male(P<0.05),and all the fat volumes around the LAD,LCX and RCA of female are larger than those of male after after standardizing by body surface area(P<0.05).The FAI value of RCA of female is smaller than that of male(P<0.05).4.Put forward the FAI values of the LAD,LCX and RCA with 4cm measurement length in 75% phase and the fat volume values in the 95% confidence interval ranges after standardization of the body surface area. Conclusions: 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging can quantitatively measure the PCAT.The FAI values of LCX and RCA change in different phases of the cardiac cycle. The reference values of PACT volumes and FAI values have a great clinical value which provide a normal reference value and a disease cut-off value standard reference for evaluating the correlation between PCAT and cardiovascular risk related disease... |
