Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Children with mycopasma pneumonia in school age who need bronchoalverla lavage were treated with the help of friends mode on children, objective to explore whether the intervention method is more effective in children’s waishuilang. Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,pediatric common diseases in a tertiary general hospital were selected. There were 95 school-age children with mycoplasma pneumonia who needed bronchoalveolar lavage.By random number, the patients were divided into control group(receiving routine nursing method)and intervention group(On the basis of the control group, they were given breathing exercise in the mode of mutual help of children,3times a day,10 minutes each time, for a total of Intervention for 5 consecutive days). The baseline data, for operation time and operation center rate of the two groups,Blood oxygen saturation, postoperative fever, preoperative and postoperative pulmonary function index:peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)were collected.Results:1.A total of ninty patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were enrolled in this study. There were 45 cases in the intervention group and 45 cases in the control group, themeanagesofthetwo groups(X~2=-0.411,P=0.814),sex(X~2=0.000,P=1.000),onlychild(X~2=0.118,P=0.767),the education background of family members(X~2=5.012,P=0.082),family income(X~2=0.752,P=0.657)were not tatistically signifiant. Therefore,it has certain comparability.2.There was no significant difference in operation time between intervention group and control group(P>0.05).3.The intervention group and the control group in preoperative and intraoperative heart rate, finger pulse oxygen saturation, the results were significant, there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(t=5.147,P=0.780);There was no significant difference in operation center rate(t=-4.528,P=0.056);There was no significant difference in preoperative blood oxygen saturation between the two groups (t=-0.381,P=0.704);There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation between the two groups(t=8.899,P=0.520).4.When the difference of postoperative fever rate between the intervention group and the control group was statistically significan(tP<0.05).5.Lung function indexPEF:There was no significant difference in PEF between intervention group and control group before operation(P>0.05);There was significant difference in PEF after operation(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1:There was no significant difference in FEV1 between intervention group and control group before operation(P>0.05);There was significant difference in FEV1 after operation(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).FVC:There was no significant difference in FVC between intervention group and control group before operation(P>0.05);There was significant difference in FVC after operation(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who need bronchoalveolar lavage, the results showed that the respiratory exercise of the friendly and mutual aid mode could reduce the postoperative fever rate, improve the lung function index.
