| Objective To explore the expression of profilin 1 in Wilms tumor and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical and pathological data of all children with nephroblastoma treated surgically in general hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2007 to December2019 were collected.The expression of profilin 1 in tumor tissues and adjacent tissues of 39groups of pathological sections were detected by immunohistochemistry,Semi quantitative analysis of protein expression was performed by image Proplus 6 photochemical analysis software.Spss25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the experimental results.Results1.Compared with the adjacent tissues,the expression level of profilin 1 in Wilms tumor tissues was significantly higher(P=0.000).2.The expression of profilin 1 protein in Wilms’tumor was negatively correlated with clinical stage and lymphocyte number(P1=0.003,P2=0.001).There was a moderate positive correlation between the expression of profilin-1 protein and the content of hemoglobin(P=0.000),but there was no significant correlation between the expression of profilin-1 protein and gender,age,Tumor location,tumor diameter,presence of vascular tumor thrombus,lymph node metasta-sis,mature tubular differentiation,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and totalprotein.Conclusion1.The protein expression level of profilin 1 in Wilms tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues.2.There was a significant negative correlation between the expression level of profilin-1and the clinical stage of Wilms’tumor.The higher the degree of tumor progression,the lower the protein expression.3.There was a positive correlation between the expression of profilin 1 and the content of hemoglobin,but a negative correlation between the expression of profilin 1 and the content of lymphocyte. |
