Objective: This study is based on the "disease-centered" teaching model concept,using the ontology model to build a network of knowledge points of clinical courses and basic medical courses related to cerebral hemorrhage,and apply it in the exercise knowledge base to finally realize cerebral hemorrhage Relevant medical basic course knowledge chapters and corresponding exercises are searched and inquired in order to provide references for the reform of teaching mode and the co-construction and sharing of information resources in the development of medical education informatization.Methods: Taking medical curriculum knowledge as the research object,using expert consultation to obtain knowledge points of relevant medical basic course chapters centered on "cerebral hemorrhage" curriculum knowledge points;following the "five principles" of ontology construction,using "seven steps" from top to bottom Complete the ontology model construction.Use OWL(Ontology Web Language,Ontology Web Language)combined with RDF(Resource Description Framework)and RDFS(Resource Description Framework Schema)to express the knowledge base of cerebral hemorrhage course ontology.Choose Protégé to build the ontology model,choose My SQL,D2 RQ and Jena TDB for data storage and transmission,use SPARQL(Simple Protocol and RDF Query Language)query language to achieve retrieval and query,and finally conduct expert interviews Feedback evaluation of application results.Results: Through expert consultation,the basic medical courses related to cerebral hemorrhage clinical course knowledge are physiology,pathology,pathophysiology,system anatomy,regional anatomy,pharmacology,diagnostics,medical imaging,histology and embryology,biology There are a total of 10 subjects in Chemistry and Molecular Biology,and a total of 92 knowledge points in related chapters.The ontology model of cerebral hemorrhage course was constructed using Protégé software.A total of 398 exercises were extracted from the question bank of a medical university,including 22 exercises for cerebral hemorrhage clinical course knowledge and 376 exercises for related medical basic course knowledge.Each cerebral hemorrhage disease attribute corresponds to a different number of exercises,and there are also a number of different number of exercises under the knowledge of the relevant chapters of the 10 basic medical courses.Taking exercises as the ontology example,completed the construction of the ontology knowledge base of cerebral hemorrhage related exercises,and realized the retrieval and query of basic medical curriculum knowledge exercises related to cerebral hemorrhage clinical curriculum knowledge exercises.The query trial results were unanimously affirmed by experts and put forward several Comments and suggestions.Conclusion: In this study,the knowledge points of cerebral hemorrhage courses centered on relevant medical basic courses and specific chapter knowledge points were obtained through expert consultation.On this basis,the Protégé ontology construction tool was used to establish the ontology model of cerebral hemorrhage related course exercises,from clinical diseases(Cerebral hemorrhage)starting from the knowledge points of the course,connecting and integrating the knowledge points of the relevant basic medical courses,breaking the boundaries of disciplines,and establishing a new knowledge system and structure.Extract related exercises from the question bank of a medical university,take exercises as examples of ontology,and use relational database My SQL to build an integrated information database of exercises and courses.Finally,the ontology model and examples were merged to realize the retrieval and query of knowledge points of clinical disease(cerebral hemorrhage)knowledge points exercises related to basic medical courses.The construction of an ontology knowledge base in this study can effectively organize and manage learning resources,improve the efficiency of knowledge retrieval,and facilitate the sharing and reuse of resources.It has important reference value for the reform of teaching mode and the organization and management of teaching resources,coconstruction and sharing in the development of medical education informatization.
