Investigation And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Positive Aspects Of Caregivers In Children With Acute Leukemia

Objective: To investigate the situation and influencing factors of positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia,and to explore the changes of positive aspects of family caregivers of first diagnosed children.To provide reference about how to do the individualized nursing intervention of caregivers of children with acute leukemia.Methods: From October 2019 to October 2020 in Shenyang,a comprehensive 3-A grade hospital of acute leukemia patients were selected by convenient sampling,The investigation tools included a general information questionnaire,Positive Aspects of Caregiver Scale(PAC),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),The Coping Health Inventory for Parents(CHIP),Family Assessment Device(FAD).And to carry on the positive aspects level tracking investigation to child caregivers in the diagnosis initial stage,the consolidation enhancement stage,maintains the treatment stage.Use Epidata3.0 for inputting data,SPSS22.0 for data analysis.Frequency,composition ratio are used to describe the general data of children with acute leukemia and family caregivers,using mean ± standard deviation to describe the positive aspects of caregivers,social support,parental coping styles and family function scores,single factor analysis(t test,single factor analysis of variance,Kruskal-Wallis H test)and multivariate analysis(multiple linear regression)are used to analyze the relevant factors of positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia.Results: 1.The positive aspects score of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia was 26.46±9.12,of which self-affirmation dimension score was 17.48±5.97,and the life outlook dimension score was 8.98±3.38.2.Correlation analysis of positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia:(1)The positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia is positively correlated with social support(r=0.34,P<0.01);(2)The positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia is positively correlated with parental coping styles(r=0.349,P<0.01);(3)The positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia is negatively with family function(r=-0.111,P <0.05).3.Single factor analysis of the positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia: marital status,education level,place of residence,family income,treatment stage,treatment time,medical payment method,whether accompanied care,disease recurrence or not,the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression results showed that treatment time,disease recurrence,social support,medical payment methods,whether accompanied care,education level entered the regression equation.(b=0.332,b=-15.485.b=0.391,b=-9.151,b=4.659,b=1.116,P<0.05).5.With the increase of care time,the positive aspects of family caregivers of children with acute leukemia diagnosed for the first time increased from the initial stage of diagnosis,the period of consolidation and strengthening to the period of maintenance of treatment.Conclusion:1.The positive aspects level of caregivers in children with acute leukemia is low,and the factors that affect the positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia include treatment time,recurrence of the disease,social support,medical payment,accompanying care and caregivers’ education.2.The positive aspects of family caregivers in children with acute leukemia are on the rise in different chemotherapy periods.Clinical nurses should provide targeted nursing interventions for family caregivers of children with acute leukemia in different chemotherapy periods.
