Objective:To explore the relationship between serum uric acid and cystatin C levels and the severity of coronary artery disease, providing the new diagnosis ideas and treatments for coronary heart disease. Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,the subjects of the study were"chest pain, chest tightness, post sternal/precordiac discomfort",and other symptoms of coronary heart disease, and the biochemical indexes of fasting blood and routine tests were improved.Coronary angiography was performed after exclusion of taboos and coronary angiography was calculated SYNTAX score. The patients who excluded the treatment of coronary heart disease or long-term administration of statins, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy or valve heart disease, acute and chronic heart failure;acute cerebral infarction or mental disease;infectious or infectious diseases;Rheumatic immune system diseases were finally included in 320 patients, the subjects were divided into two groups:The CHD group was divided into single-vessel disease group(60 cases),double-vessel disease group(60 cases)and three-vessel disease group(100 cases). The levels of uric acid and cystatin C in the three groups were analyzed,Spss22.0 software was used to analyze the data, and the data of normal distribution were expressed by(?)±s;ROC curve was used to analyze the effectiveness of disease severity prediction. The general conditions of patients included:age, sex, hypertension, diabetes m ellitus and body mass index were recorded in detail.Meanwhile, serum indexes such as UA,cyc-c,bun,LDL-C,TG were recorded, and the UA and cyc-c levels of different groups were compared with the occurrence of coronary heart disease and coronary stenosis The prediction and analysis of degree.Results:1)The levels of UA and Cyc-c in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).2)The levels of UA and Cyc-c were directly proportional to the number of coronary artery lesions, that is,with the increase of the number of coronary artery lesions, the levels of UA and Cyc-c gradually increased, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the level of Cyc-C between the single vessel lesion group and the control group(P>0.05).3)The results showed that UA and Cyc-C were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease(t UA=5.201,P<0.05;t Cyc-c=4.488,P<0.05).4)The area under the ROC curve of UA and Cyc-C were 0.858 and 0.753,respectively.To some extent, high UA was more valuable than high Cyc-C in predicting coronary heart disease.5)UA level was positively correlated with syntax score. The higher the score was,the higher the uric acid level was.Conclusion:1)The increase of serum UA and cyc-c levels will increase the incidence of CHD2)Serum UA and Cyc-C are independent risk factors for the occurrence of CHD,and have certain predictive value for the occurrence of CHD.3)There was a positive correlation between the levels of UA and SYNTAX score in CHD patients.4)UA can be used as predictors of the severity of coronary artery lesions in CHD patients.
