ordered the compilation of this book.Its chief military officers were Wu Qian and Liu Yuduo,who were well-known at that time.ObjectiveIn view of the current research trends of "Yizong Jinjian",based on the personal experience of studying "Yizong Jinjian",and combined with clinical theory and practice,the study on the treatment of water-gas disease by Zhongjing theory in Yizong Jinjian has not been studied.Generally speaking,the medical contribution of "Yizong Jinjian" is the most detailed,the main purpose of this paper is to use the traditional literature induction and summary Method to explore the "Yizong Jinjian" using zhongjing theory to treat the law of syndrome and treatment of water and air diseases,in order to provide some enlightenment and reference for the treatment of water-gas disease in the future.MethodsTraditional Medical History Research method,literature analysis method and literature research method were used in this study,the research centers on the revised notes on Shanghan in Zhongjing Quanshu by Yizong Jinjian,the revised notes on the Synopsis Of the Golden Chamber in Zhongjing Quanshu by Yizong Jinjian,and the key to the heart of miscellaneous diseases,combining the treatise on water-gas disease with the theory of Contemporary Chinese Medicine,the author studies and analyzes it,reclassifies it,explains the evolution of water-gas disease in different periods,and sums up and analyzes the relevant articles,annotations and treatment methods of water-gas disease,finally,the "Yizong Jinjian" was collected from the prescriptions for the treatment of water-qi-related symptoms,and analyzed and summarized by using the statistical analysis method,in order to sum up "Yizong Jinjian" in the use of Zhongjing theory to treat the etiology and pathogenesis of water-gas disease and the law of treatment principles to provide a reference for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs treatment,for Future Generations to study "Yizong Jinjian" provide new clues.Through the literature research,we can conclude the following ResultsThe Syndrome of qi-water is a series of diseases caused by the accumulation of water in human body,the movement foundation of human life activity is water and Qi,any kind of dysfunction will cause the disease of qi-water,at the same time,they are also a kind of pathogenic factor that causes complicated diseases and syndromes.The presence of Water Vapor in the human body can cause a variety of symptoms such as swelling,fullness,cough,palpitations,vomiting,profuse vomiting and adverse urination,it seriously affects people’s life,work and study.According to the etiology and pathogenesis,it can be divided into Feng Shui,Pi Shui,Zheng Shui,Shi Shui and Huang Han,and it can be divided into heart water,spleen water,liver water,lung water and kidney water According to the Phlegm Yin disease can be divided into Phlegm Yin,Yiyin,Zhiyin,hanging drink.According to the different types of water-gas disease,"Yizong Jinjian" summed up the different types of different treatment.For example,Feng Shui should be used to relieve exterior heat and promote diuresis,Qing Xie Li re,Pi Shui should be used
