| Objective: To study the competence of resident doctors in standardized training of teachers and based on the multiple roles of resident teachers,combined with the contents and objectives of standardized training for resident doctors,In order to provide scientific reference for the training,selection and examination of resident teachers,the evaluation index system of post competence of resident teachers is preliminarily constructed.Methods: Through literature review,semi-structured interviews and other methods to obtain the competency characteristics of resident teachers and build a preliminary evaluation index system.The Delphi method(Delphi)was used to distribute 3 rounds of questionnaires to the selected experts,to consult the evaluation index system of resident teachers,to process the data with Excel and SPSS21.0 software,and to use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the index weight,so as to construct the evaluation index system of resident teachers’ post competence.Results: Preliminary determination of the competency evaluation index system for residential teachers,Clear the weight of indicators at all levels.The expert reliability enthusiasm analysis is :100% respectively;93.33%;89.29%,Explain that experts have higher enthusiasm for this subject;The authority of this subject is 0.875,High level of expert authority;Expert coordination coefficient W values are:0.289;0.254;0.256,Significance test P<0.05.The index of this subject is assigned by the 5 grade scoring method of Richter scale,The evaluation index system of competence of residential teachers is constructed based on professional accomplishment,professional ability,teaching ability and interpersonal skills.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the index and test the consistency,Turns out,CR values <0.1,Finally,the weight value of competency evaluation index system is determined.Conclusion: In this study,a competency evaluation index system for teachers in residential training was preliminarily constructed.The system includes 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 31 third-level indicators.Analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index,in which the order of weight of the first grade index is from high to low: professional ability(0.3300),teaching ability(0.3300),professional accomplishment(0.1996)and interpersonal skills(0.1404).It is suggested that we should further refine the qualification certification of teachers,establish a post competency evaluation mechanism,standardize the management of teachers and refine the training needs according to the weight of the index system,train teachers’ professional ability and teaching ability,and form a teacher training system in line with the current development needs of teachers. |
