| The outline of the "healthy China 2030" plan puts emphasis on prevention,attaches equal importance to traditional Chinese and western medicine,and gives full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.This provides space for the modern development and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and marks new opportunities and challenges for the development of TCM under the implementation of the healthy China strategy.At.this time,the people’s growing demand for TCM health services and the current shortage of TCM personnel in China,we need to reform the TCM personnel training model,strengthen the construction of TCM personnel.At the same time,the medical mode in China has gradually developed into the combination of physical,psychological,social,environmental new patterns,especially in TCM theory,the "yuan" of body and mind,the idea of "cure not ill "health care and understanding of disease and health different aspects,such as to make it got the high attention,promote the development.of Chinese medicine to modern unceasingly revolutionary innovation,puts forward new requirements on TCM physicians post competency.ObjectThis study will be on the basis of domestic and foreign research about the resident standardization training of post competency assessment index system related literature,creatively to establish the evaluation index system of TCM resident doctors post competency in Guangdong Province,through the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp).The evaluation index system was used to evaluate the TCM resident doctors post competency of a third rate TCM hospital in Guangdong province,and the factors affecting the post competency in standardized training of TCM resident doctors were analyzed.At the same time,the author investigates the aspects that need to be improved in the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.MethodsUsing Delphi method of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in guangdong province after a resident standardization training post competency evaluation index system of item selection and importance rating,using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in guangdong province after a resident standardization training post competency index weight calculation,the income of guangdong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine doctor post competency evaluation index system for empirical research,and analyze its influencing factors.Results(1)The evaluation index system of TCM resident doctors post competency in Guangdong Province is constructed,which contains 7 first level indicators(occupational value and professionalism,mastery and application of medical knowledge and related knowledge,clinical skills,communication and communication skills,group health and health systems,management ability and teamwork,critical thinking and learning research ability)and 65 two level indicators,and the weights of first level indicators are 0.2082,0.2082,0.2082,0.1984,0.0295,0.1141 and 0.0334 respectively.(2)The evaluation index system was used to evaluate the TCM resident doctors post competency of a third rate TCM hospital in Guangdong province.It is found that the self-evaluation score of the TCM resident doctors post competency is 4.53±0.42 and level is better.And primary index self-reported scores from high to low in turn is occupational value and professionalism(4.75±0.591),critical thinking and learning research ability(4.56+0.671),group health and health systems(4.51±0.732),communication and communication skills(4.51±0.669),management ability and teamwork(4.48±0.759),clinical skills(4.44±0.725),mastery and application of medical knowledge and related knowledge(4.43±0.723).(3)A single factor analysis between gender,age,professional title,the highest diploma or degree,rules during the culture identity,professional culture,work experience,the operation opportunity and TCM resident doctors post competency,while age,professional title and work experience shows that all above factors contribute to the TCM resident doctors post competency.(4)The respondents have a good satisfaction with the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province.According to the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province,it is pointed out that the work that needs to be strengthe and improved mainly focuses on the content of standardized training,teaching teachers and assessment mechanism..ConclusionThe evaluation index system constructed in this stuy has certain reliability,and its weight assignment indicates that clinical skills and medical and related knowledge are the basic abilities of doctors,while professional value and professional quality are the practicing soul of doctors.In this study,the sample results of an empirical study conducted in a class a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province were relatively reasonable.The trainees in the training base of traditional Chi nese medicine were generally competent,but the study of classical theories of traditional Chinese medicine was ignored and the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine was not established as soon as possible.Secondly,the results of single factor analysis showed that there was a certain relationship between the competency level of TCM residents and their professional experience.In addition,clinical teaching,training content and remuneration are the main aspects that need to be strengthened and improved in the standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in guangdong province.SuggestionsTo establish a talent training mechanism for resident Chinese medicine doctors based on the post competency evaluation index system;to enrich the contents of training,strengthen the study of Chinese medicine classics and the thinking exercise of Chinese medicine,and improve the students’comprehensive quality;to improve the regulation and training system and strengthen the quality supervision of training;to improve the selection system and reward and punishment system of teachers to ensure the quality of teachers;to establish an objective and feasible multi-directional assessment mechanism and attach importance to assessment feedback. |
