The Curative Effect Observation Of Modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction On The Treatment Of Chronic Non-atrophic Gastritis With Bile Reflux (Spleen Qi Deficiency Type)

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on chronic non-atrophic Gastritis with bile reflux(Spleen Qi Deficiency Type),to research the clinical value and provide a more effective treatment for the disease and enrich the theory and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:74 patients who visited traditional Chinese medical hospital of Henan province were diagnosed as chronic non-atrophic Gastritis with bile reflux(Spleen Qi Deficiency Type)from December 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.In the course of the trial,6 patients dropped out due to poor compliance,so68 patients were included(35 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group).The control group was given Xiangsha Liujunzi pill,12 pills each time,3 times a day for 4 weeks.The treatment group was given modified Shengyang Yiwei decoction,a dose daily,twice a day and each time for 200 ml for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs,gastroscopy and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.In terms of comprehensive curative effect,the effective rate was 88.57% in the tretment group,63.64% in the control group,and the comparison between the two gruops(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.2.In terms of TCM syndrome curative effect,the effective rate of the two groups was 91.43% and 72.73% respectively.The difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05).It is suggested that the modified Shengyang Yiwei decoction is better than Xiangsha Liujunzi pill in improving the symptoms of CNAG patients with bile reflux(Spleen Qi Deficiency Type).3.In terms of TCM symptom scores,the effect of the modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction group was significantly better than that of the Xiangsha Liujunzi pill group in improving the epigastric fullness,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,and diet reduction(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving the symptoms of tasteless and loose stool(P > 0.05).4.In the performance of gastroscop,the treatment group did improve the degree of bile reflux under gastroscops of CNAG with bile reflux,inflammation and erosion of gastric mucosa under gastroscops of CNAG with bile reflux(P<0.05).Conclusion: the modified Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscopic reflux and mucosal inflammation of patients with CNAG with bile reflux,and can effectively delay the progress of the disease,with clinical efficacy and safety.
