Clinical Study Of Wenyang Zhixie Prescription In Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang

Objective: This study mainly studied the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenyang Zhixie prescription combined with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type by comparing the application of Mesalazine enteric-coated tablet alone,so as to provide objective theory and data support for the clinical treatment of the disease.Methods: From November 2019 to December 2020,the anorectal Department of Henan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Selecting 68 outpatients or inpatients with ulcerative colitis with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,Randomly divided into two groups,Namely treatment group 34 cases,control group 34 cases;The treatment group was treated with Wenyang Zhixie prescription combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,A total of 4 weeks of treatment.The observation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded in detail: single symptom score of TCM,TCM syndrome integral,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),colonoscopy mucosal lesion grade,modified Mayo score,And collate data,statistical processing,analysis results.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(diarrhea,pus and blood stools,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,lack of food,cold limbs,pain in waist and knees)were compared between the two groups,with significant differences(P < 0.01).After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,pus and blood stools,abdominal pain,acute weight,cold limbs,pain in waist and knee were compared between the two groups,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension and eating less were compared between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).After the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,the intra-group comparison(P < 0.01)showed a significant difference,while the inter-group comparison(P < 0.05)showed a statistical difference.Overall,the two groups of treatment can relieve the symptoms of patients,and the treatment group is better than the control group.After treatment,the serum CRP and ESR values of the two groups were compared.The intra-group comparison(P < 0.01)showed a significant difference,while the inter-group comparison(P < 0.05)showed a statistical difference,indicating that both groups of treatment could reduce the inflammatory indexes of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the grade of colonoscopic mucosal lesions in the two groups was compared,and the intra-group comparison(P < 0.01)showed a significant difference,while the inter-group comparison(P < 0.05)showed a statistical difference,indicating that both groups could repair the injured intestinal mucosa in patients,and the treatment group had a better effect.The Mayo score score of the two treatment groups was compared,and the intra-group comparison P < 0.01 showed a significant difference,while the inter-group comparison P < 0.05 showed a statistical difference.Both treatments in the two groups could reduce the disease severity of patients,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Comparative analysis of the efficacy of TCM syndromes showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.47%).Comparison between the two groups showed a statistical difference(P < 0.05).Clinical efficacy analysis showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups,P < 0.05;The results showed that Wenyang Zhixie Prescription combined with Mesalazine Enteric-coated Tablet was more effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.(3)In this experiment,no adverse reactions were found in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Conclusion: Compared with the treatment plan of oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets alone,the combination of Wenyang Zhixishan prescription and mesalazine enteric-coated tablets is better in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,and has significant effects in improving clinical symptoms,reducing inflammatory indexes,repairing damaged intestinal mucosa and reducing the severity of the disease.
