Objective: Through the retrospective analysis of Wuhu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in October 2019 to December 2020 between the pregnant women vaginal microbial test results and treatment of spontaneous preterm birth,to bacterial infection during pregnancy vagina disease influence on spontaneous preterm birth,to strengthen the management for bacterial vaginal disease during pregnancy to reduce the risk of a pre-term birth occurs, the improvement of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods: Data of 1205 pregnant women(single pregnancy from 28 weeks of gestation to 42 weeks of gestation, complete data, and vaginal and cervical secretions examination at 28 weeks of gestation)who delivered in Wuhu Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital after 28 weeks of gestation from October 2019 to December2020 were selected.Pregnant women with bacterial vaginosis in the third trimester of pregnancy were taken as the observation group(bacterial vaginosis group),and pregnant women without bacterial vaginosis during the same period were selected as the control group.Pregnant women in the bacterial vaginosis group were divided according to whether they received regular bacterial vaginosis treatment Treated patients and untreated patients, untreated patients informed them of the necessity of treatment, but the patient refused and signed an informed consent form. The detection, treatment and pregnancy outcome of bacterial vaginosis were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between bacterial vaginosis and spontaneous preterm birth was analyzed statistically.Results:1.A total of 250 cases of BV(Bacterial Vaginosis)positive were detected in 1.1205 pregnant women, with a positive rate of 20.7%.Among them,138 cases received oral treatment with metronidazole tablets and cured, and 112 cases did not receive metronidazole tablets.Among the 138 pregnant women, there were 11 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes, accounting for 7.97%(11/138),6 cases of intact fetal membranes, accounting for 4.35%(6/138),and 3 cases of puerperal infection, accounting for 2.17%(3/138),there were 2 cases of neonatal infection, accounting for 1.45%(2/138);among 112 pregnant women,17 cases of preterm premature rupture of membranes were premature, accounting for 15.18(17/112),with intact fetal membranes and premature delivery 33 cases, accounting for 29.46%(33/112),20 cases of puerperal infection, accounting for 17.86%(20/112),21 cases of neonatal infection, accounting for 18.75%(21/112);of 955 pregnant women, preterm Premature rupture of membranes occurred in 41 cases, accounting for 4.4%(41/955),intact fetal membranes in 20 cases, accounting for 2.09%(20/955),puerperal infections in 23 cases, accounting for 2.41%(23/955),neonatal infections 14 cases, accounting for 1.47%(14/955);the total incidence of the three groups was significantly different and statistically significant(P<0.05).2.For BV-positive but untreated patients, the probability of premature birth, puerperal infection, and neonatal infection is significantly higher than that of BV-negative patients. The difference between the two groups is significant and statistically significant(P<0.05),which confirms the bacteria Sexual vaginosis can cause spontaneous preterm birth, puerperal infection, neonatal infection and other adverse pregnancy outcomes.3.For patients with bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy, after standard treatment with metronidazole, the probability of preterm premature rupture of membranes in pregnant and lying-in women is not significantly different from that of BV-positive untreated patients, and there is no statistical significance(P>0.05);However,the probability of premature delivery, puerperal infection, and neonatal infection with intact fetal membranes can be significantly reduced.Compared with untreated patients, the difference is significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy is associated with spontaneous preterm birth.2.Bacterial vaginosis in pregnant women will increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes including preterm birth, preterm rupture of membranes, puerperal infection, and neonatal infection.3.The detection and standardized treatment of bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy can effectively improve the outcome of pregnancy by maintaining the ecological balance of reproductive tract.
