Theoretical Research And Practical Exploration Of General Practice Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Due to the influence of modern medicine,the development of traditional Chinese medicine is gradually divided into different departments,forming the specialties of internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,etc.,while the characteristics of general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine are gradually ignored.In the 1980s,the concept of western general medicine was introduced into the mainland,and the general medicine of traditional Chinese medicine came into being.After more than 20 years of development,it has initially formed the characteristics of taking traditional Chinese medicine as the core and combining with the advantages of general medicine.Due to its late start and new discipline,there is little theoretical and practical research on general practice of traditional Chinese medicine.This topic takes TCM general medicine as the research object,studies its ideological connotation and practical experience from two aspects of theoretical research and case study,and explores a mode suitable for the development of TCM general medicine.The theoretical research part traces the origin and development of general practice and TCM general practice,and analyzes their similarities and differences.This paper expounds the subject characteristics and ideological connotation of TCM general medicine,studies its clinical application and education mode of personnel training,and expounds that it is necessary to develop TCM general medicine due to the fact that the grass-roots health personnel are qualified.It is not only a major national decision-making deployment,but also can promote the integration of Chinese and Western medicine,with unique advantages.In the research part,case study method is used to select Suzhou,a prefecture level city where the development of TCM general practice is in the forefront of reform,to investigate the standardized training of general practitioners in Suzhou TCM hospitals and the work of TCM general practitioners in primary hospitals.Traditional Chinese medicine and general practice are interlinked in all aspects.General practice of traditional Chinese medicine is of great value to the development of community traditional Chinese medicine service.The rise of general practice of traditional Chinese medicine also finds an opportunity for the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.It is necessary to gradually improve the education system of TCM general practitioners,improve policies and guidelines,ensure the income and treatment of TCM general practitioners,and cultivate a group of high-level TCM general practitioners who are "able to go and stay",so as to improve the quality and convenient medical resources for the people and help the reform of the national health system,It also contributes to the rejuvenation of traditional Chinese medicine.
