| Community health services is an important part of the urban health, starting in 1997, the community health service came from test period(before 2000) to the period of construction framework(2000-2005),the construction of community health service network, The expansion of community health services, training of manpower in community health service has been continuously strengthened and improved. According to incomplete statistics at the end of the test, the country has community health service centers over 2400, has the community health service stations over 9700. Community traditional Chinese medicine service has also made great progress, has played a important role to meet the growing medical health needs and to facilitate the medical treatment and to reduce the burden on patients.ObjectiveThe specific objectives of this study are as follows:1.The current condition of manpower in community traditional Chinese medicine service, and they how to provide Traditional Chinese medicine services.2.The condition of manpower in community traditional Chinese medicine master basic skills.3.Positions training and standardized training module of staff in community traditional Chinese medicine service.4.General practice training of traditional Chinese medicine.5.To help health departments to plan at the policy level, to provide advice to the community health service agencies at the operational level, but also to provide the theoretical basis and the training mode to the traditional Chinese medical collegesand institutions on the general practice training.MethodsDesign the questionnaire unify, interview combine together with the random way, issues totally questionnaire 10000,take back questionnaire 8649, valid questionnaire 8500, recovery rate is 86.49 percent, valid questionnaire rate is 85 percent.All data has been examined ,then record into the calculator after checking to handles, check and proceeding database mistake with the PowerBuilder9.0 software, use excel and spss software to statistics and analysis.Because of different between provinces,mainly used discriblely analysise.Main ResultsTraditional Chinese medicine services in the community of the status is:1.Special funds of community traditional Chinese medicine service from Province and city grow overall trend to the economy, particularly rapidly in eastern regions,western regions relatively backward. At the year of 2007,community health service centers sponsored by traditional Chinese medicine hospital have increased than 2004,community health service stations sponsored by traditional Chinese medicine hospital do not change, in the same period, the number of community health service stations which has independent legal entity increased significantly.2.Community health service agencies is shortage of traditional Chinese medicine doctor, in community health service center,the percent of traditional Chinese medicine doctor between the range of 11.7 to 17.2,averaging at 14.0 percent.In community health service stations, the percent is less than 20 percent.3. The age structure is not very reasonable.4.The income of manpower of community traditional Chinese medicine service generally below expectations.5.The training system measure of manpower of traditional Chinese medicine is not perfect,general practice training of traditional Chinese medicine particularly backward.6.distributing manpower of traditional Chinese medicine into community health agencies meet policy bottlenecks.Conclusions 1.The government due to enhance policy and finance supports.2.Scoop out the traditional experience in traditional Chinese medicine, explore the training module of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Establish and perfect the training items of the general practice training of Traditional Chinese medicine.4.Configuration the files of community traditional Chinese medicine services .5.Pushing forward the reforms of manpower management system in community health service organization, increase the ability of community traditional Chinese medicine service.
