| Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of Jin three needles(waist and sitting three needles)combined with Mackenzie therapy and simple use of Jin three needles(waist and sitting three needles)in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis in order to evaluate the efficacy of Jin three needles(waist and sitting three needles)combined with Mackenzie therapy in the treatment of this disease. Methods: Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation(blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome)treated in the Renai Clinic of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to February 2021 were included.60 patients were numbered according to the order of admission and randomly divided into two groups. There was no significant difference in age,sex and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was treated with Jin three needles, and the acupoints were selected with waist three needles and sitting three needles(Shenshu,Changshu,Weizhong, ischium point,Kunlun). The treatment group was treated with lumbar three needles and sitting three needles(Shenshu,Changshu,Weizhong, ischium point,Kunlun)combined with Mackenzie therapy.the course of treatment in both groups was 2 weeks. The scores were scored by outpatient follow-up before and after 2 weeks of treatment.By comparing the clinical efficacy, pain visual analogue score((VAS))and the comprehensive score of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain rating scale((JOA))between the two groups, the differences between the two treatments after 2 weeks of treatment were evaluated, and the related data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease,VAS index and JOA index before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS score: there was significant difference in VAS score before and after treatment in the treatment group, and significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P= 0.00),VAS score had significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P=0.00),3.JOA score: there was significant difference in JOA score before and after treatment in the treatment group(P=0.00),and there was significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P=0.00).After treatment, there was a significant difference in JOA score between the two groups(P=0.027).Clinical efficacy: both groups have clinical symptoms and improvement of lumbar function. The total effective rate of the observation group is 93.3%,while that of the control group is 83.3%.There is a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P=0.009).Conclusion: Jin three needles alone and Jin three needles combined with Mackenzie therapy are effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis. However, the curative effect of Jin three needles combined with Mackenzie therapy is better than that of Jin three needles alone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis. |
