Clinical Observation Of Feirening Mixture In The Treatment Of Community Acquired Pneumonia Of Lung Phlegm-Heat Syndrome

Objective By observing the clinical efficacy of pulmonary fever combined with Western medicine in the treatment of sputum fever lung type Community Acquired Pneumonia（CAP）,and objectively evaluating the safety and efficacy of its formula,it provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of sputum fever lung type Community Acquired Pneumonia.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021,50 patients with CAP of Lung Phlegm-Heat Syndrome who were hospitalized in Jingzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei Province were selected,and all of them met the inclusion criteria of the study subjects.The 50 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with empiric anti-infection and sputum reduction,and the treatment group was treated with pulmonary fever combined with oral administration on this basis,and the observation course of treatment was 1 week.After 1 week,the two groups of patients were observed for their changes in the clinical efficacy of Western medicine,the integration of TCM syndromes,laboratory tests,shadow absorption of the lungs and pulmonary signs.Results1.Comparison of clinical efficacy of Western medicine: After treatment,all the indicators of the two groups of patients improved compared with before treatment,and the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome score: The TCM syndrome of both groups improved after treatment,and the reduction of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of laboratory examination and curative effect:The white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）were reduced in both groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.Comparison of lung CT efficacy: The lung shadows in both groups were well absorbed,and some of them achieved basic absorption,and the effect was better in the lung rening group（P<0.05）.5.Comparison of pulmonary signs: Both groups of patients had improved their pulmonary signs after treatment,and the treatment group had better effects（P<0.05）.Conclusion Feirening mixture combined with basic Western medicine has a good clinical effect on patients with CAP of Lung Phlegm-Heat Syndrome.The safety and effectiveness of the prescription have been effectively confirmed,which provides a new method and idea for the clinical treatment of CAP of Lung Phlegm-Heat Syndrome.
