Research On The Law Of Professor Gong Hongwei’s Medication For Gastric Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting the cases of gastric cancer treated by Professor Gong Hongwei from January 2017 to December 2020,using data analysis methods to study the general situation,diagnostic classification,treatment methods and prescriptions of the included cases,and analyze the included cases’ common features and commonly used drugs’ nature and flavor,meridian,drug types,through correlation analysis and cluster analysis to get the core drugs for gastric cancer treatment,commonly used drug combinations,etc.,and summarize Professor Gong Hongwei’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for gastric cancer treatment,and the rules of prescriptions and medications.Methods:This study collected patients treated by Professor Gong Hongwei from the Oncology Department of the Huayuanshan District of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2020 who met the diagnostic criteria of gastric cancer and were treated with oral Chinese medicine decoctions.Preprocess information such as name,gender,age,visit time,histological classification,gastric cancer staging,TCM syndrome type,treatment methods and prescriptions of the selected cases,enter the EXCEL form to establish a database,and use WPS Excel 2019 software to analyze the general situation of the selected cases,Diagnosis classification,commonly used drugs frequency,frequency,nature and flavor,meridian and other information;use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to analyze the association rules of commonly used drugs,use IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0software to build a visualization of drug association relationships;use IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 The software performs clustering analysis,explores the internal connections between commonly used drugs,and draws out the commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations for the treatment of gastric cancer by Professor Gong Hongwei,and summarizes the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Gong Hongwei in the treatment of gastric cancer and the rules of prescriptions and medications based on his clinical practice experience.Results:This study collected from January 2017 to December 2020,Gong Hong,Department of Oncology,Huayuanshan District,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 103 cases were included in the study,and 103 prescriptions were included.Among the studied cases,67 were males and 36 were females.The age range was 44-89 years,the median was 63 years,and 51-80 years was the main age at visit.Histopathological classification statistics found that adenocarcinoma had the most cases.Gastric cancer is divided into early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer.There are only 2 cases of early gastric cancer and 101 cases of advanced gastric cancer,of which stage III is the most,accounting for 47.52%,followed by stage IV,accounting for39.60%.In the distribution of TCM syndrome types,the syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood is the most,followed by the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,the second is the syndrome of phlegm dampness coagulation,and the syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency is the least.Among the 103 prescriptions selected in this study,a total of 246 flavors were involved,and the total frequency of use was 2015.There are 57 drugs with a frequency of≥10,and the frequency is 1432 times,accounting for 71.07% of the total frequency.They are commonly used drugs in the treatment of gastric cancer.Among them,Amomum villosum,Poria,Stir-fried Atractylodes,Coptis,Muxiang,Pinellia,Dry Ginger,licorice,astragalus,and scutellaria are used more than 40 times with a frequency of 560 times,accounting for 27.79% of the total frequency.They are the high-frequency drugs used by Professor Gong Hongwei for the treatment of gastric cancer.A statistical analysis of the nature,flavor,meridian,and drug category of 57 commonly used drugs shows that the top three of the four qi are warm,flat,and cold,accounting for 93.02%;the five flavors are used for pungent,bitter,and sweet.The frequency is more,accounting for 83.03%;The main meridians are spleen meridians,stomach meridians,lung meridians and liver meridians,accounting for 68.70%;qi medicines,qi regulating medicines,blood tonics,heat-clearing medicines,phlegm and cough and asthma medicines,dampness medicines,digestive medicines,and blood circulation Drugs for removing blood stasis are the most frequently used drugs,accounting for 68.81%of the total.In the distribution of TCM syndrome types,the villosum-French pinellia-Wood incense,Dried ginger-Scutellaria baicalensisCommonly used drug combinations such as Coptidis and Pinellia ternata.The cluster analysis of commonly used drugs yields 10 clusters,which are:（1）Scutellaria,Perilla Seed,Platycodon grandiflorum,Galangal,Cyperus rotundus,Muxiang,Amomum villosum,Tangerine peel,to regulate qi and resolve phlegm,invigorate the spleen and reduce dampness and relieve pain Mainly,the treatment of phlegm-qi block of gastric ulcer pain,food accumulation and lack of food.（2）Red peony root,angelica,agrimony,mainly to regulate qi,promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and relieve pain,treat gastric cancer blood stasis syndrome,add agrimony to those with bleeding.（3）It mainly eliminates pimple and dispels masses,and is divided into two drug combinations: the first group is dried ginger,coptis,scutellaria,and Pinellia ternata,mainly to eliminate dampness and diarrhea,and treat fullness of chest and abdomen,vomiting and diarrhea;The second group of scorpions,centipedes,turtle shells,leech,Shijianchuan,Shanzi mushroom,and vine pear root are mainly used to eliminate evil and anti-cancer,and have clear anti-tumor effects.（4）Salvia miltiorrhiza,Guizhi and Atractylodes macrocephala,mainly use warming yang to remove dampness and diuresis to treat phlegm,drinking and edema.（5）Fangfeng,schisandra,fried white peony,white peony,Citrus aurantium,Magnolia officinalis,mainly to relieve diarrhea,promote Qi and eliminate accumulation,and treat diarrhea or constipation.（6）Jiao Hawthorn,Liu Shenqu,Stir-fried Malt,Gallus gallus domesticus,Corrugated Zi,Citrus aurantium,Yunzhi,Chinese yam,mainly for invigorating the stomach,digesting food and stomach to treat food stagnation.（7）Bupleurum and Zedoary,mainly for soothing the liver and relieving depression,to treat the syndrome of liver qi invading the stomach.（8）Baiji,sea cuttlebone converges to stop bleeding,raw sun-dried ginseng,evodia,licorice warms the deficiency.（9）Ophiopogon japonicus,Tianlong,Codonopsis pilosula,nourishing qi and promoting fluid.（10）Dilong,roasted licorice,ginger pinellia,chuanxiong,taizi ginseng,bran-fried atractylodes,tuckahoe,astragalus.Conclusion : Gastric cancer is clinically more common in middle-aged and elderly men,with stage III and stage IV being the most common.Gastric cancer is located in the stomach and is related to the spleen,liver,and lungs.The basis of gastric cancer is the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,and the main pathological factors are qi,blood stasis,phlegm,and poison.The main types of TCM syndromes are qi and blood deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and phlegm dampness coagulation syndrome.Specific analysis of clinical manifestations and other conditions,syndrome differentiation and treatment,addition and subtraction according to symptoms,combined with treatments such as reducing niches to stop vomiting,digestion and stomach,diuresis and dampness,astringent and solid astringent,plus the use of vine pear root,stone see through,leeches,scorpion Centipede and other anti-cancer and anti-evil Chinese medicines.
