Research On Health Supervision Of For Profit Medical Institutions In Dalang Town Of Dongguan City

No matter in which period,people’s health has always been the people’s livelihood issue that the Party and the state attach importance to.In terms of the actual situation at the present stage,the rapid growth of medical and health resources and services,and the continuous growth of for-profit medical institutions,with the emergence of new formats and new models,have led to the emergence of some urgent problems in medical and health supervision.The premise of ensuring and improving people’s health is to establish an effective health supervision mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to develop effective health supervision for for-profit medical institutions,and research on the above issues has obviously become the premise of providing health protection for the people.In this paper,from the perspective of public management,the government regulation theory as the foundation,USES the methods of literature research and case analysis,to dongguan Da Lang town as a case,analyzes on the for-profit medical institutions,health supervision,the study found that Da Lang town,dongguan city,the problems that exist in the for-profit medical institutions,health supervision work,is a health supervision on the basis of lag,Secondly,the synergy between departments is greater than reality;thirdly,the technical means of health supervision is backward;fourthly,the actual effectiveness of health supervision is low.All these have seriously affected the efficiency and authority of health supervision in Dalang Town.The reasons include imperfect legal system construction,imperfect collaborative supervision mechanism of functional departments,bottleneck of digital technology resources,lack of industry management and insufficient public participation.In view of the existing problems,it is proposed to improve the legal standards of health supervision of for-profit medical institutions,improve the coordination mechanism between departments,build a digital technology health supervision system,strengthen the management of industry associations,and improve public participation.This paper provides reference for health supervision of for-profit medical institutions in Dalang Town,Dongguan City.
