Evaluation Of Nursing Intervention Based On Human Care Theory In Patients With Rectinal Detachment | | Posted on:2020-08-29 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Y Zhao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2504306728998699 | Subject:Nursing | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveThis study aims to formulate and verify the effectiveness of nursing intervention based on human care theory in the patients with retinal detachment,so that to improve the psychological state of patients and the evaluation of nurses’ care behavior and nursing job satisfaction,in order to provide reliable clinical experience for improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients with retinal detachment.MethodIn this study,120 patients with retinal detachment who met the inclusion criteria for retinal detachment repair in the ophthalmology department of Baoji People’s Hospital were divided into two groups,60 patients with retinal detachment hospitalized from March to May 2018 was chosen as the control group and 60 patients hospitalized from June to August as the experimental group.12 patients were included in the preliminary trial,6 in the experimental group and 6 in the control group.The intervention measures were improved and revised.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care during hospitalization,while the patients in the experimental group received routine nursing on the basis of nursing intervention measures based on human care theory.Before and after the intervention,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the psychological status of patients.After the intervention,CBI and nursing job satisfaction scale were used to investigate the status of two groups of patients so that to evaluate the application value of nursing intervention based on humanistic nursing theory in nursing research of patients with retinal detachment.Result1.Nursing intervention based on human care theory can improve the psychological state of patients with retinal detachmentSelf-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS): After intervention,the total score of SAS in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before intervention.The anxiety score was(33.0±5.46)in the experimental group and(42.0±5.63)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the treatment and nursing intervention in the hospital,the anxiety score of the experimental group and the control group decreased,and the improvement value of the anxiety score of the experimental group(18.60±7.32)was higher than that of the control group(9.60±3.36).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It showed that nursing intervention based on human care theory could effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients with retinal detachment.2.Nursing intervention based on human care theory can improve the evaluation of nurses’ caring behavior of patients with retinal detachment to nursing workScores of Nurse Care Behavior Inventory(CBI): The scores of Nurse Care Behavior Inventory(CBI)were(131.4±8.99)and(116.5±9.05)respectively when the patients in the experimental group and the control group were discharged from hospital.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.3.Nursing intervention based on human care theory can improve the satisfaction of patients with retinal detachment to nursing workNurses’ job satisfaction score: The results showed that the proportion of "very satisfied" in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Nursing intervention based on human care theory can effectively improve the anxiety and the evaluation of nursing care of patients with retinal detachment,and provide reference for clinical improvement of the quality of life of patients with retinal detachment.2.Nursing intervention based on human care theory has good safety and reliability.In clinical practice,it is convenient and feasible for patients with retinal detachment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Retinal detachment, Human care theory, Nursing intervention, Anxiety, Patients’ satisfaction, Caring behavior | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
