| Objective: Through a controlled trial with Deanxin,this study observed the clinical efficacy of Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxin in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate depression with Tan and Qi stagnation syndrome,so as to broaden the clinical treatment ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease.Methods: In this study,a randomized control method was used to randomly divide 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of depression with Tan and Qi stagnation into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxit,and the control group was treated with Deanxit for 8 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Index(PSQI)score,TCM syndrome score,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed.SPSS23.0 software was used for data analysis.Results: 1.In terms of improving depression,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in HAMD scores between the two groups before treatment,which is comparable.HAMD scores of the two groups decreases after treatment,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference in HAMD scores between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.In the comparison of the reduction rate of the HAMD score,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 73.33%.The effect distribution between the two groups is P=0.032<0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.And the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The combination of Huatan Jieyu Decoction and Deanxin has certain advantages in improving depression compared with the simple application of Deanxin.2.In terms of sleep,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment,which is comparable.PSQI scores of the two groups decreases after treatment,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.01)).After treatment,the PSQI score difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of the PSQI score reduction rate,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The effect distribution between the two groups is P=0.012<0.05,and the difference is statistically significant.The treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The combination of Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxin has certain advantages in improving sleep compared with the simple application of Deanxin.3.In terms of TCM symptoms and signs,there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment in depression,chest fullness,fullness of the flank,obstruction in the pharynx,greasy tongue coating,slippery pulse,and the total score of syndromes,which is comparable.After treatment,the two groups can improve the symptoms of depression and chest fullness,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with that before treatment,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.After treatment,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in symptom of fullness of the flank,obstruction of something in the pharynx,white and greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse string.And the difference before and after treatment of the treatment group is statistically significant(P<0.05)in symptom of fullness of the flank,obstruction of something in the pharynx,white and greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse string.And the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05)in depression,chest fullness symptom of fullness of the flank,obstruction of something in the pharynx,white and greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse string,and the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.The above results indicate that the Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxin group has certain advantages in improving TCM symptoms and signs compared with the simple application of Deanxin group.Chest fullness symptom of fullness of the flank,obstruction of something in the pharynx,white and greasy tongue coating and slippery pulse string are manifestations of visceral dysfunction,and the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,which indicates that the Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxin is better than the simple application of Deanxin in regulating the function of the viscera.4.In terms of safety,the safety indicators including blood routine,urine routine,and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients before and after treatment show no significant changes.There is no statistically significant differenc(P>0.05)in liver and kidney function indexes(ALT,AST,Cre,BUN)before and after treatment,thus it can be considered that the treatment of Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxit is safe.Conclusion: The treatment of Huatan Jieyu Decoction combined with Deanxin has certain advantages over the treatment of Deanxin in improving the depression,sleep,TCM symptoms and signs,and regulating the function of viscera in patients with mild to moderate depression with Tan and Qi stagnation syndrome,and it is high-safety and worthy of clinical promotion. |
