Study On The Optimization Of Medical And Health Security For Cambodian Farmers

The gap between urban and rural areas and the development of rural areas in Cambodia have been a long-term topic for the Cambodian government.Especially the aspect of medical and health security,which is related to the happiness and health of the people,is a key breakthrough and reform issue in the construction and development of rural areas.To improve the medical and health security and services of Cambodian farmers can alleviate the disease problems deeply troubled rural people in Cambodia,provide a safe and healthy living environment for rural people,promote the economic and social development of rural areas,and further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.It is of great significance to promote the overall development of rural areas in Cambodia and improve the population quality of farmers.At present,there are many obvious problems in the medical and health security of Cambodian farmers,mainly in the aspects of inadequate implementation of rural health education,low service level of medical and health personnel,large gap between medical services with urban residents,strong dependence on government assistance,etc.These problems lead to the fact that the medical and health services for farmers in Cambodia can not meet the actual needs of the people,seriously hinder the development of rural areas and the improvement of the quality of agricultural population,and further widen the gap between urban and rural areas.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the medical and health security of Cambodian farmers,combined with some research materials and facts,this paper finds out the causes of the problems,and finally proposes to establish the concept of scientific development,strengthen the health education of farmers;attach importance to public-private cooperation,give full play to the role of non-governmental forces;strengthen the government service function,and strengthen the high-quality medical service team;improve the social security,and take the realization of public interest as the guidance.
