| In the face of the outbreak of COVID-19,the smart defense line composed of new technologies such as big data,Internet of Things and cloud computing in smart cities has played a significant role in the epidemic prevention and control process.However,the practice of epidemic prevention and control shows that there are shortcomings in the process of multi-department coordinated prevention and control in smart cities that cannot be ignored.First,the data collection means are primitive and of low quality.Value attribute of artificial intelligence and privacy risk in major epidemic control--and the path of criminal law for privacy protection.The most urgent needs of smart cities for epidemic prevention and control are to build a sound epidemic intelligence system,improve the epidemic prevention and control mechanism,accurately identify the epidemic risk,and improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control and the ability of treatment.In this situation,this research oriented smart city epidemic prevention and control of real demand,starting from the intelligence management of ecology,construct epidemic intelligence ecological smart city concert,multisectoral coordination in order to solve the wisdom city faces many problems in the prevention and control,promote efficiency of epidemic prevention and control,wisdom city wisdom city dwellers information security at the same time.The intelligence governance view takes the intelligence ecosystem as the governance object and studies the intelligence governance in the intelligence ecosystem from the ecological perspective,which can provide a new interpretation framework for the complex relations among the intelligence subjects,objects and environments in the smart city.Therefore,in this paper,based on the concept of information management,construct epidemic intelligence ecological wisdom city concert,and build the corresponding quantitative analysis of system dynamics model,in order to promote wisdom city epidemic prevention and control efficiency,multi-sectoral coordination ability to provide guidance,prevention and control of epidemic prevention and control to achieve wisdom city process middleman,intelligence and coordination between environment and sustainable development.First of all,the research background and significance of this study are explained,and the research framework and methods are determined by combing the literature contributions in relevant fields at home and abroad.Then it analyzes the connotation of relevant theories of smart city,information ecological governance theory,information ecological synergies and epidemic prevention and control.Secondly,in the concert of epidemic intelligence ecological wisdom city,on the basis of relevant theories and the connotation,analysis the ecological wisdom city epidemic information concert of four dimensions,then determine the concert metamodel epidemic intelligence urban ecological wisdom,and then on the basis of the meta model to construct the epidemic intelligence wisdom city ecological concert concept model,the model by the city of epidemic information perception platform,wisdom city SARS information management platform,the wisdom city intelligence application platform of the three platforms,the last three platforms is described in detail the specific role.Finally,based on the epidemic intelligence smart city concert concept model based on ecological,clarify concert of epidemic intelligence wisdom city ecological system cause and effect,and then determine the influence coefficient,by means of expert advice to build the epidemic intelligence wisdom city ecological synergy multibody system dynamics model,finally using the system dynamics model for simulation and analysis.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the science and rationality of the dynamics model of the smart city epidemic information ecological synergy were verified,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the smart city epidemic information ecological synergy were put forward. |
