Study On The Construction Of Competency Evaluation Index System Of Geriatric Nursing Talents In Combination Of Medical And Nursing

ObjectiveTo build a competency evaluation index system for geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and nursing,to provide a basis for stratified training,selection,evaluation and assessment of geriatric nursing talents,to provide reference for scientific management and training,to make the training and evaluation of geriatric nursing talents scientific,standardized,normalization and high quality,to improve the quality of elderly services,to enhance the quality of life of the elderly,and to promote the development of elderly care to a new level.Methods1.Through literature research,theoretical research,group discussion and other methods,we sorted out the current situation and problems of the training of geriatric nursing talents in China,clarified the connotation characteristics of post competency,initially constructed an expert consultation form for job competency evaluation index in each level of geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and nursing,further screened and improved the specific contents of the consultation form on the basis of pre-experiments,and formed an official expert consultation form.2.The Delphi method was used for expert consultation,the indicators were screened and evaluated,and the indicator system was finally determined based on expert opinions.Descriptive analysis was used for the general situation of experts;the reliability of expert consultation results was analyzed by calculating the positive coefficient and authority coefficient of the experts.Determine the weights of primary and secondary indicators through analytic hierarchy process.Results1.In the results of the two rounds of expert consultation,the questionnaire recovery rate was 95% and 94.7%;the authority coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 0.913 and 0.914,respectively.The Kendall’s harmony coefficients ranged from 0 to 1,and p<0.01,indicating that the authority and credibility of the expert consultation results were high.2.Preliminary establishment of a post competency evaluation index system for geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care: divided into 3levels,6 primary indexes for primary geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care,18 secondary indexes,and 52 tertiary indexes;6 primary indexes,22 secondary indexes and 74 tertiary indexes for intermediate geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care;6 primary indexes,22 secondary indexes,and 84 tertiary indexes for senior geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care.3.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the the post competency evaluation index system of geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care: the weight range of the primary indicators for primary geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care was 0.0746 to0.2750,and the range of secondary indicators was 0.0212 to 0.1155;the weight range of the primary indicators for intermediate geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care was 0.0722 to 0.2530,and the range of secondary indicators is 0.0077 to 0.1012.The weight range of the first-level indicators was 0.0721 to0.2553,and the second-level indicators were 0.0078 to 0.1260.The CR of each judgment matrix was less than 0.1.ConclusionsThrough literature research,theoretical research,group discussion and Delphi method,this study constructed a post competency evaluation index system for geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care,which had good scientificity and reliability and provides an objective reference basis for the training,selection,competency assessment and evaluation of geriatric nursing talents in combination of medical and health care.
