Study On The Rule Of Medication And Prescriptions For The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis By Professor Liu Bailing,A Master Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Modern medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis adverse reactions and long-term efficacy is not good,traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively alleviate its symptoms,delay the progress of the disease.Therefore,using the software of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform(V2.5)",the prescription of Professor Liu Boling in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis was excavated,the experience of treating ankylosing spondylitis was summarized,and the characteristics of drug use were analyzed.In order to better guide clinical and heritage experience.Methods: From March 2010 to November 2019,Professor Liu Bailing collected AS patient cases from the outpatient clinic of National physician hall,affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine,Including 94 patients,A total of 221 prescriptions were collected.Enter the "Chinese Medicine inheritance Assistance platform(V2.5)" software,Using the rule analysis method of the software integration,the data mining methods such as entropy clustering of complex systems,Summarize Professor Liu Bailing’s medication rule and experience of treatment AS.Results: Through the statistical analysis of 94 patients,the male to female ratio was5:1,and the main age distribution was 20-39 years old.The prescriptions used by Professor Liu Boling involved a total of 129 traditional Chinese medicines,and the commonly used drugs were: monkshood,Yanhusuo,Paederia scandens,tu-chung,salvia miltiorrhiza,caulis spatholobi,cinnamon,gastrodia elata,gou ji,epimedium,etc.From high to low,the use of the four nature of drugs was warm,flat,cold,hot and cool.The use of five flavors from high to the end is sweet,spicy,bitter,salty,sour,astringent;From high to low,liver,kidney,spleen,heart,stomach,bladder,lung,pericardium,large intestine,gallbladder,small intestine and triple burner were used.Correlation analysis was conducted based on association rules,and 37 groups of core drug pairs were obtained,with a total of 11 TCM.On one of the highest frequency of 5 group,“yanhusuo,salvia miltiorrhiza”,“yanhusuo,monkshood”,“monkshood,Paederia scandens”,“tu-chung,gou ji”,“monkshood,cinnamon”,“yanhusuo,tu-chung”.Cluster analysis was carried out by using complex system entropy clustering algorithm,and 4 groups of core drug combinations were summarized,and 2groups of potential new formulae were developed,which were caulis trachelospermi,cuttlebone,frankincense and myrrh.Cornu cervi degelatinatum,radix achyranthis bidentatae,the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,rhizoma alismatis,siegesbeckia,caulis spatholobi,cassia twig,liquorice,Astragalus membranaceus,nutgrass galingale rhizome,red peony.Conclusion: Through statistical analysis,it was found that Professor Liu Boling mainly used warm and calming drugs.The five flavors are sweet,spicy and bitter.Drugs mainly go to the liver,kidney,spleen,heart and other meridians.Professor Liu Boling of this disease with deficiency of kidney qi,Yang qi deficiency as the basic pathogenesis,the disease deficiency and real mixed,so to attack and tonifying both as the treatment method,warming Yang and tonifying the kidney as the core concept,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis throughout the treatment,pay attention to the nature of the acquired and emotional regulation.
