Based On Data Association Rules To Explore The Medication Rules Of Bushen Qiangdu Method In The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Purpose:This topic collects,organizes,and summarizes various modern journals on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with the method of invigorating the kidney and supervising,and counts 115 prescriptions contained in the database from the establishment of the database to December 2020.By borrowing the SPSS24.0 software platform to conduct data mining and analysis of drugs in prescription drugs,and combining the analysis results with the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,the new drug rule discovered through this research is expected to solve the clinical complications in the treatment of the disease.problem.Methord:Using the three Chinese websites of How Net,Wanfang,and Weipu as the source of data and information,based on a large number of related documents,115 target documents were finally identified,115 prescriptions were extracted,and the "Kidney-Strengthening Method Treating AS Prescription Database" was established.After standardizing the data of prescriptions that meet the research standards,they are entered into SPSS24.0 software,and after three analysis methods: frequency frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis,statistics of high-frequency drugs and related compatibility and the characteristics of four Qi and five flavors are calculated.And so on,to explore the rules of medication,the characteristics of the treatment,and the combination of new prescriptions.Results:1.Frequency analysis: In this study,a total of 982 documents were retrieved,115 documents that met the criteria were checked,including 115 prescriptions,115 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication was 1734.The results of data mining show that the ten herbs with the highest frequency are Gouji,Rehmannia,Eucommia,Drynaria,Achyranthes Bidentata,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Dihuo,Dipsacus,Guizhi,Epimedium,and the total used The frequency is as high as 676 times.2.Nature and flavor analysis: In this study,from the summary of drug categories,a total of 14 categories were obtained.The most commonly used Chinese medicines are tonic drugs with a total frequency of 592 times,followed by anti-rheumatic drugs and activating blood to remove blood stasis drugs,with a total frequency of 294 and 292 in turn.The medicinal properties are common in warm,calm,and cold classes.The medicinal taste should be more pungent,sweet,and bitter.The five internal organs and six organs of the medicine are involved,of which the kidney meridian is the main one,followed by the liver and spleen meridians.3.Cluster analysis: Analyze the top 26 medicines that are used more than 20 times and aggregate them into 4 categories.Class 1 is Anemarrhena,Red peony root,Qianghuo,Fangfeng,Drynaria fortunei,White peony root,Cassia twig,Dipsacus,Psoralen;Class 2 is Ephedra,Dried ginger,Soft-shelled beetle,Aconite,Achyranthes bidentata,Radix rehmanniae,Rehmannia glutinosa;Class 3 is pangolin,epimedium,antler gum,eucommia,antlers,dog ridge;Class 4 is licorice,mulberry parasitic,angelica,Wei Lingxian.4.Association rule analysis: Set support ≥50%,confidence ≥75%,gain ≥1,and get a total of108 association rules.Among them,the highest support rate of Drynaria fortunei + dog ridge is 81.739%,and the highest confidence rate of dog ridge + Qianghuo is 95%.Conclusion:To sum up,it can be seen that the clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with the method of invigorating the kidney and strengthening the supervision is effective.Most of the drugs are selected from the core of three types of drugs,namely tonic drugs,dispelling rheumatism,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The drug properties belong to Xin,warming liver and kidney.The experience is the best.Among them,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae Radix,Goujie,Rhizoma Drynariae are the most commonly used compatibilities for the treatment of this disease;Anemarrhena,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Qianghuo,Fangfeng,Rhizoma Drynariae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Guizhi,Dipsacus,Psoralen,Can be used as a basic prescription for the treatment of deficiency syndromes of AS;ephedra,dried ginger,soil beetle,aconite,achyranthes,solani,rehmannia glutinosa,can be applied to patients with unobvious bias in each symptom of this disease;pangolin,epimedium,Antler gum,eucommia,antlers,dog spine,can be used in middle-aged and elderly patients with AS with kidney yang deficiency and cold;licorice,mulberry parasitic,angelica,and Wei Lingxian can be used to treat patients with AS knee and heel joint pain and causes Patients with acute postpartum blood deficiency AS.
