| With the growing medical and health needs of the people and the existing unbalanced and insufficient development of the existing grass-roots medical and health conditions gradually emerged,the effective realization of medical resources has become the focus of attention of the party,the government and the people,and the close-knit county medical community has come into being in this situation and established growth in exploration.The article takes the construction of the close-knit county medical community in X County as the investigation object,uses the interview method and case analysis method to conduct field research and in-depth interviews on the X county hospital,the county health commission,the township health center,and the street masses,and on the basis of affirming the achievements of the gradual construction of the X county compact county medical community,further points out that there are still problems such as poor policy coordination,loose organization,fragmented service,and formal supervision in the process of the construction of the X county compact county medical community,and deeply dissects the management authority that leads to problems.The reasons for internal governance,information construction and supervision system,combined with the construction results of the Anhui Tianchang model and the Experience of Anxi Traditional Chinese Medicine,which are relatively good for the construction of a compact county medical community,combined with the construction results of the state,the use of holistic governance theory,under the basic framework of the party’s overall leadership as the highest guidance and information technology as the support,from the four aspects of policy,organizational structure,service and supervision,put forward certain opinions on the optimization and construction of the close county medical community in X County. |
