Objectvies To analyze the influencing factors of 20 meter shuttle run test(20 m SRT)of 3 192 children and adolescents in Bao’an district,Shenzhen, and to provide a scientific basis for evaluating and improving the physical health status of children and adolescents. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used by street-school type-school.14schools were randomly selected from 6 streets in Xin’an,Xixiang,Fuyong,Shajing,Songgang and Shiyan in Bao’an District,Shenzhen from April to May 2019,and the self-made questionnaire of growth trajectory and health index questionnaire of primary and secondary school students was designed to conduct a questionnaire survey.A class was selected from each grade of 14 schools, and the height, weight measurement, grip strength and 20 m SRT were conducted among the primary and secondary school students in 72 classes.χ~2test was used to compare the difference of 20 m SRT performance among different demographic characteristics.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the associations between outdoor activity time, screen time, grip strength and BMI and 20 m SRT,and to explore the joint effect of outdoor activity time and screen time on 20 m SRT performance. Results Among the 3 192 children and teenagers in Bao’an District,Shenzhen,985(30.9%)achieved excellent and good 20 m SRT,and the rate of boys was higher than that of girls(34.7%vs 26.6%),the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=26.43,P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT of junior middle school students(43.1%)was higher than that of primary school students(27%)and senior high school students(26.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=72.65,P<0.001).The excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT of high school or technical secondary school students whose mother has education level(32.2%)is higher than that of junior middle school students or below(31.9%)and junior college students or above(27.3%).The excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT performance of students with good family economic condition(35.2%)was higher than that of students with poor family economic condition(31.8%)and medium family economic condition(29.5%).The 20m SRT rate of students with good self-assessment performance(35.6%)was higher than that of students with poor performance(27.2%)and average performance(29.8%).Univariate analysis showed that the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT in normal BMI group(36.0%)was higher than that in emaciation group(27.2%),overweight group(23.6%)and obesity group(4.7%).Univariate analysis showed that the excellent and good performance rate of 20 m SRT in outdoor activity time≥2 h/d group(37.3%)was higher than that in outdoor activity time<2 h/d group(29.0%),and the excellent performance rate of 20 m SRT in screen time<2 h/d group(31.8%)was higher than that in screen time≥2 h/d group(27.4%).The excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT in the group with excellent grip strength(42.2%)was higher than that in the group with passing grip strength(31.7%)and the group with failing grip strength(22.2%).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that emaciation group, hyperreorganization group and obesity group were negatively correlated with the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT compared with normal BMI group, with the OR(95%CI)values of 0.70(0.51~0.96),0.44(0.34~0.56)and 0.07(0.04~0.12),respectively.Compared with the group with outdoor activity time<2 h group, the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT was higher in outdoor activity time≥2 h group, the OR(95%CI)value was 1.46(1.20~1.76).Compared with the group with screen time≥2h,the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT was higher in the group with screen time<2h,and the OR(95%CI)value was 1.31(1.07~1.61).Compared with the group with failing grip strength, passing and good grip strength were positively correlated with the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT,with the OR(95%CI)values of 1.41(1.06~1.87)and 2.48(1.81~3.40),respectively.Conclusions The results of this study show that the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT is higher in boys than in girls, and higher in middle school students than in elementary and high school students.Outdoor activity time≥2 h/d,screen time<2 h/d,passing or good grip strength performance and the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT were positively correlated, while emasticity, overweight, obesity and the excellent and good rate of 20 m SRT were negatively correlated. To enhance adolescent CRF and improve adolescent physical health, attention should be paid to girls, primary and high school students, keep BMI within the normal range, increase the outdoor activities time, reduce the screen time, and improve the strength quality, which is conducive to the improvement of CRF of children and adolescents..
