| Objective:To observe the expression of YY1 protein in acute myeloid leukemia patient and study the relationship between YY1 protein and acute myeloid leukemia in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation of acute myeloid leukemia.Method:(1)The bone marrow tissues of patients with acute myeloid leukemia and patients with non-malignant hematological diseases who were hospitalized in the Department of Hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.(2)The expression of YY1 protein in bone marrow of patients with acute myeloid leukemia and patients with non-malignant hematological diseases was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the difference between them were compared.(3)The clinical data of 33 patients with acute myeloid leukemia was summarized and analyzed the correlation with YY1 protein expression.(4)All data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistics with P<0.05.Result:1.The YY1 protein was positively expressed in the bone marrow tissue of patients with acute myeloid leukemia.(1)The positive expression rate of YY1 protein was 93.4%(31/33)in 33 patients with acute myeloid leukemia and 66.7%(8/12)in 12 patients without hematologic malignancy, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)In the bone marrow tissue of 33 patients with acute myeloid leukemia,8 were weakly positive(+),15 were moderately positive(++),and 8 were strongly positive(+++).In the bone marrow tissue of 12 patients without hematologic malignancy,8 patients had expression, all of which were weakly positive(+).The difference was statistically significant(Z=-3.927,P <0.01).2.33 patients with acute myeloid leukemia were divided into 24 patients in the initial stage of diagnosis group and 9 patients in relapsed/refractory group,The positive expression rate of YY1 protein was 91.7%(22/24),100%(9/9)and 66.7%(8/12)in AML,AML relapsed/refractory group, and non-malignant hematological diseases respectively. No significant difference was observed in the expression of YY1 in bone marrow tissue(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,YY1 protein is expressed in acute myeloid leukemia was higher than that in non-malignant hematological diseases. The role of YY1 protein in acute myeloid leukemia deserves further study.2.In this study,The expression of YY1 protein in acute myeloid leukemia was not related to the stage of the disease(initial stage of diagnosis)and relapse/refractory phase. |
