| Objective:To explore the relationship between childhood trauma, early maladjustment schemata(EMSS)and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:100 inpatients with bipolar disorder(Study Group)and 100 healthy volunteers(control group)were selected from Anmin Hospital Affiliated to Bengbu Medical College. The young schema scale(ysq-sf)was used to compare the schema differences of early maladjustment between the two groups;Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)was used to compare the differences of childhood trauma between the two groups; The Beck suicidal ideation scale Chinese Version(BSI-CV)was used to evaluate the suicide risk of patients with bipolar disorder.Spss25 0 statistical software.T-test is used for measuring data, and chi square test is used for counting data.Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation, and the nonparametric percentile bootstrap method with deviation correction was used for mediating effect test.Results:(1)there was no significant difference in general demographic data(age, years of education, sex ratio)between the study group and the control group(p>0.05,x2>0.05).(2)T-test of independent samples showed that the childhood trauma(p<0.01),early maladjustment schema(p<0.01)and suicide risk(p<0.01)of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.(3)There was a significant correlation between childhood trauma, early maladjustment schema and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder. There was a significant positive correlation between childhood trauma and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder(p<0.05),between childhood trauma and early maladjustment schema(p<0.05),and between early maladjustment schema and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder(p<0.05).(4)Social isolation schema partially mediates the relationship between emotional abuse and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder(β=0.7287,p<0 05)。Conclusion:(1)the levels of childhood trauma, early maladjustment schema and suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder were higher than those in 2 healthy people(p<0.05).(2)Social isolation schemata in early maladjustment schemata partially mediate the risk of suicide in patients with emotional abuse and bipolar disorder.(3)Emotional abuse, sexual abuse in childhood trauma and social isolation schemata in early maladjustment schemata may be risk factors and predictors for identifying suicide risk in patients with bipolar disorder. |
