Clinical Observation On Interior And Exterior Combined Therapy In The Treatment Of Chronic Bronchitis With Syndrome Of Lung And Spleen-Qi Deficiency

Objective observe the curative effect and safety of interior and exterior combined therapy of chronic bronchitis with syndrome of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency,further demonstrate the effectiveness of this method,and lay a foundation for clinical application and promotion.Methods 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by Excel digital random method,with33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with internal and external combined therapy on the basis of the control group,After two weeks of regular medication,the changes of TCM symptom score,lung function,lung CT,peripheral blood leukocytes,neutrophils,liver and kidney function and various vital signs were observed before and after treatment,and compare various indicators,the symptom and sign score table was developed according to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs（Trial）.Organize the collected data,use SPSS26.0 for data analysis,and make curative effect evaluation.Results 1.There was no significant difference in the course of disease,gender and age between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）;2.In terms of TCM main symptom score,the symptoms of cough,expectoration,asthma and abdominal distension in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group（P < 0.05）;3.In terms of TCM secondary symptom scores,the scores of chest tightness,shortness of breath,poor appetite,fatigue and perspiration in the treatment group were slightly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.4.In terms of VC,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;5.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 50%,P=0.007 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;6.In terms of safety indicators,there was no significant difference in heart rate,blood pressure,routine blood test,AST,ALT,GGT,Cr,BUN,UA between the two groups before and after treatment（P>0.05）,and there was no statistical significance.There is a significant difference between the respiratory rate of the treatment group and the control group,and the respiratory rate of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group.Conclusion 1.Interior and exterior combined therapy can significantly improve TCM symptoms such as cough,expectoration,asthma,perspiration,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal distension,etc..2.Interior and exterior combined therapy can improve VC in CB patients with syndrome of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency.3.There were no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects in short term.4.The Interior and exterior combined therapy combined with conventional western medicine has obvious advantages over conventional western medicine alone,and it is worthy of clinical application.
