Obviously prolong latent period of rat's cough, decreasingthe onseto of kough; obviously relxing the guinea pig's trachea; increasing phenolsulfon phthalein excretion in rat's trachea; obviously cooling the temperature of rabbit fever induced by endotoxin.Conclusion: DaBukeChuai syrup has the obvious effect of antiinflamation, relieving cough and asthma, resolving phlegm.
