| Background:Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）is a common gastrointestinal disorder that is difficult to detect and confirm by routine examinations.It mainly shows abdominal pain,diarrhea,and abdominal discomfort,and is usually diagnosed by symptoms and duration of illness.The disease has the characteristics of repeatability,long course,difficult to check,and easy to be induced by other factors,which often bring mental and psychological pressure and expensive medical expenses to patients.In recent years,with the living conditions,diet condition,environmental factors and the from all walks of life affected by factors such as pressure gradually increased incidence of IBS,tend to be younger,hidden onset of the disease,the symptoms of recurrent or chronic deferment,course of diseases which can take several years to decades,spirit,and dietary factors are often tempted to recurrence or worse,serious influence patient’s mental status and quality of life.The pathogenesis of IBS is complex and diverse,the course of disease is repeated,and the duration of disease is long.As a non-physical disease,IBS is often prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,which adds certain difficulties to its diagnosis and treatment.A reasonable and effective treatment method can achieve better clinical effect and treatment safety under the balance of treatment economy,convenience and patient compliance,which is conducive to improving the mental stress and pessimism of the disease,and is conducive to the treatment and recovery of patients with irritable bowel disease.This paper discusses the observation and analysis of the effect of drug treatment for IBS,aiming to improve patients’ symptoms,relieve pain and discomfort,and improve the quality of life through this study,in order to better guide the treatment and prognosis of patients with IBS,and provide effective treatment plan for patients with IBS.Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of flupentixol melitracine tablets combined with trimebutine maleate（trimebutine）in the treatment of IBS-D.Methods:A total of 86 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）diagnosed in Suizhou Central Hospital from October 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were selected and randomly classified by random number table method and divided into two groups.The observation group was given oral treatment with Daixin combined with trimebutin,while the control group was given trimebutin monotherapy.After 4weeks of treatment,the difference in clinical therapeutic efficacy was analyzed and compared.Results:1.Statistical analysis was used to calculate that the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.2.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group（P >0.05）.3.After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant through statistical tests（P < 0.05）.4.There was a positive correlation between mental symptoms and intestinal symptoms in the observation group（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:1.After observation and statistical analysis,it was concluded that the combined treatment group（observation group）had significant efficacy and no significant increase in adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with Irritable bowel syndrome,which was superior to the single drug treatment in the control group.2.Studies have found that IBS patients have a high incidence of psychiatric symptoms in the general population,so it is of great clinical significance to explore the use of flupetixol melitaxen combined with trimebutine maleate in the treatment of IBS patients and improve the treatment and prognosis of the general population. |
