| The rapid growth of China’s GDP has brought a series of arduous tasks and challenges to social and economic development.Faced with the increase of various energy demands,employee safety behavior has become one of the focus issues for researchers and safety managers.Most of the previous studies focused on the impact of hardware and other work environment factors on employee safety behavior,but neglected a human factor that plays an important role in employee safety behavior--leadership style.As one of the representative leadership styles,authoritarian leadership is characterized by absolute obedience to superior orders.How does it affect the safety behaviors of employees? If there is a relationship between the two,what is the mechanism? Based on previous research,this study explored the relationship between authoritarian leadership and employee safety behavior,and further explored the mediating role of trust leadership and the moderating role of locus of control.This research selected the 636 oil workers in shandong province as the subjects,with authoritarian leadership scale,trust,leadership scale,psychological control source scale,safety behavior scale for measuring tool to discuss,using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 data processing software,through the analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis of data processing,data analysis methods,such as the relationship and mechanism between authoritarian leadership,trust leadership,psychological control source and safety behavior are discussed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between authoritarian leadership and safety behavior and staff trust in leadership;Authoritarian leadership can effectively negative predict staff trust in leadership and their safety behaviors;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the trust degree of employees to leaders and safety behaviors,which can effectively positive predict safety behaviors;(3)Staff trust in leadership plays a partial mediating role between authoritarian leadership and security behavior,and psychological control source plays a moderating role in the influence path of authoritarian leadership on staff trust in leadership. |
