Research On The Integration And Utilization Of Rural Cultural Resources By The Grassroots Government In The Southern Mountainous Area Of Jinan City

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy,Specific actions to revitalize the countryside have identified objectives and tasks,Specific work requirements are put forward.Rural culture is an important part of rural revitalization strategy and the spiritual foundation of rural revitalization.Rural culture civilization requires to cherish excellent rural cultural resources,protect rural cultural roots and veins,and endue rural cultural resources with new cultural connotations.We will build beautiful villages with historical and cultural characteristics and with regional and cultural characteristics.The integration of rural cultural resources is a necessary link to transform cultural resources into cultural productivity,which is of great significance to the development of rural economy and the prosperity of rural culture.This paper takes the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources by grass-roots government as the research subject,and takes the southern mountain area of Jinan city as the case study.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources at the grass-roots level,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the improvement of the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources in other areas,so as to provide useful reference for the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources in other areas.This paper finds that there are the following problems in the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources by grassroots governments: The lack of systematic thought in the integration and utilization of rural cultural resources still presents a scattered situation;With the acceleration of urbanization,the characteristics of rural cultural resources are fading away and disappearing;The integration and reconstruction of rural cultural resources are not deep enough,and the homogenization phenomenon is serious;Single mode,industrial linkage is not strong and so on.In this paper,Suggestions are put forward from the following aspects according to the practice at the grass-roots level: To establish the concept of systematic integration and utilization of rural cultural resources;To coordinate the distribution of interests and strengthen the integration of rural cultural resources;Innovate the way to integrate and utilize rural cultural resources and promote industrial integration;Optimize theproduct structure,build the rural cultural resources in the southern mountains brand.
