Research On The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Culture In The New Era

The rural revitalization strategy is an important institutional arrangement made by the Communist Party of China to realize the comprehensive development and prosperity of the countryside in the new era.With the overall victory in the battle against poverty and the orderly advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,my country’s rural construction has ushered in a new stage.,the rural economy and society have made remarkable achievements in many aspects,which provides a material basis for the construction of rural grass-roots culture,and also puts forward new and higher goals and requirements.It also determines that rural culture is the key and foundation for the realization of rural revitalization.However,at present,the cultural backwardness of the rural grassroots is still a prominent shortcoming in the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots culture in the new era is of great significance in both theory and practice.Under this background,this paper focuses on the theme of "my country’s rural grass-roots cultural construction in the new era".On the basis of clarifying the main content and development process of rural grass-roots cultural construction,it analyzes and summarizes its historical experience,and focuses on sorting out rural grass-roots culture.The historical achievements of the construction and the outstanding problems still faced at present explain the reasons behind them,and take the problem as the guide to discuss the basic path of rural grass-roots cultural construction.A clear definition and explanation of the concepts,elements,types and other basic issues related to rural grass-roots cultural construction is the logical starting point for the study of rural grass-roots cultural construction in the new era.Therefore,on the basis of discussing the basic concepts of rural grass-roots cultural construction in the new era,the first part of the article discusses the elements of rural grass-roots cultural construction from three aspects:subject,object and carrier,and further clarifies the construction of party building culture,institutional forward.Therefore,the second part of the article systematically investigates and grasps the policy practice of rural grassroots cultural construction in different stages since the founding of the People’s Republic of my country from the perspective of historical development;People-centered value orientation,correct understanding and handling of various relationships in the construction of rural grass-roots culture,and seeking truth from facts to grasp the characteristics of each stage of rural grass-roots cultural construction.Provide experience for reference in rural grassroots cultural construction.It is not difficult to find that since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,my country’s rural grass-roots cultural construction has made remarkable achievements in rural education,farmers’ ideological and moral quality,public cultural service network,and social civilization.Problems such as imbalanced roles,imperfect support and guarantees,and unreasonable content structure are still impeding the construction of rural grass-roots culture in the new era;Insufficient in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the root causes of the problems in terms of the negative impact of the original cultural construction concept,and the imperfect system and mechanism will certainly be beneficial to the promotion and development of rural grass-roots cultural construction in the process of rural revitalization in the new era.The study found that my country’s rural grass-roots cultural practice process has made great achievements,but also encountered a series of challenges.Nevertheless,the construction practice in this period still provides valuable historical wealth for the construction of rural grass-roots culture in my country in the new era.Therefore,the fourth part of the article adheres to the problem orientation,based on the existing achievements,existing problems and the root causes of the problems,combined with the experience of carrying out cultural construction work in the past,from strengthening ideological consensus,building a multi-participation pattern,enriching and improving important content,and promoting innovation.The system reform starts from four levels,and provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the rural grass-roots cultural construction in the new era.
