| Mr.Zhu Jian’er is a famous contemporary composer in China. His piano suite impression of South China, which was composed in 1992,combines the western composing techniques with the musical elements of ethnic minorities in China, and depicts the happy life of five ethnic minorities in Southwest China: the Buyi folk song "dance of flowers" with flowers as metaphor,Wa mother’s Lullaby of coaxing children to sleep, children’s frolic of Hani children, love song of Yi men and women’s mutual love, and Alili,a passionate and joyful dance of Naxi people. These five suites are unique and unified, with distinct contrast and their own characteristics. This national style suite with modern performance techniques also has higher requirements for performers. This paper is divided into three parts: the first chapter, mainly summarizes the composer’s life and early, middle and late music creation characteristics;the second chapter mainly analyzes the creation background of the suite, and studies its music characteristics from the aspects of creation techniques, musical structure and national characteristics;the third chapter mainly analyzes the performance skills and music processing of the suite based on the performance version of Xie yashuangzi and personal performance experience.I hope that through the analysis of the impression of the south,I can provide some help for more piano learners and performers, and with my own modest efforts,I will strive to take this work as an opportunity to make efforts for the inheritance and development of Chinese national music. |
