The rise, development and even demise of political entities is a concrete reflection of the combined effect of many factors.Among the many elements, resources, geopolitical relations and political culture play a crucial role.During the Xia and Shang Zhou periods, the Ying surname was a socio-political group that had close humanistic ties with the Huaxia ethnic groups, and had more political ties with the Xia,Shang and Zhou.By the mid-to-late Western Zhou, the group was engaged in economic activities in the western frontier areas, mainly agriculture and animal husbandry, thus being able to occupy and dominate some resources. With the development of the Ying family in the western frontier region, they began to be incorporated into the Zhou royal family’s feudal system, and Fei Zi was appointed as a vassal, and Eupucharist, called the Ying Qin.From the time when Fei Zi was enthroned in the Qin Eup until Zhuang Duke,Qin existed as a local force in the political system of the Zhou Dynasty.By the end of the Western Zhou,a major change in the political and geographical situation, the Zhou royal family, under the pressure of the Western Rong, was forced to move east, that is,the history of the "Ping King moved east".Changes in the geographic pattern have led to changes in geopolitical relations.During the Eastward Movement of King Ping, the meritorious Qin Xianggong, who escorted the Emperor, was made a vassal and given the "Land of the West of the Qi".This provided the Qin with the legitimacy to develop to the west of "Qifeng" and gave the Qin sufficient geographical space to grow in the western frontier and even in the Wei River Valley.By the time of the Qin Mu Gong, the political power of the Qin State had increased significantly. In comparison with the Xi Rong and other non-Chinese ethnic groups, the Qin State has a certain advantage in terms of strength,so the Qin Mu Gong was able to "Sui hegemony of Xi Rong".However, with the death of Lord Mu of Qin,Qin’s role in the political geography of the Spring and Autumn Period declined, and the state of Qin appeared to have declined somewhat, which was a reflection of Qin’s geopolitical relations and the changes in the political geography of the Spring and Autumn Period. After the reign of Emperor Xian of Qin,he made efforts to manage and reshape his internal political culture, and although some achievements were made, the state of Qin needed to change its political culture even more in the face of the flourishing Eastern countries.By the middle of the Warring States period,Qin faced great challenges in its geopolitical relations, stimulating it to make greater changes in its political culture. This system of statehood met the needs of the expansion and development of the Qin State during the Warring States period, and also deeply influenced the transformation of the political system and social relations of the Qin State, and laid the institutional foundation for the unification of the six states of Qin.After that, the state of Qin was further and further away from the centralized power established by the Shang Yang law, which eventually made Qin one of the most powerful countries among the seven warring states. The six states of Han,Zhao,Wei,Chu,Yan,and Qi,in comparison with the Qin,were eventually wiped out one by one by the Qin because of their inferiority in terms of the total amount of resources occupied and dominated by the Qin,geographical relations, and political culture, and thus the Qin State unified the world and established the Qin Empire.
