A Study On The Spatio - Temporal Expansion Of "Political Public Opinion" And Its Influence On Geopolitical Economy

Public opinion is the collective expression of opinions, attitudes and desires that some sectors of society and social groups concern about the social problems and behaviors which are closely related to their own interests. When there have same or different points, standpoint, requirements, intentions, interest demands between people who are ruled class and ruling class about all aspects which involving themselves, public opinion will have the political meaning. Benign political expression of public opinion is an important force to promote political democracy, social progress and stability, while the public opinion does not convey easy and smooth, political demands have not been met and the ruling class deal with public events ineffective, this force is likely to evolve into grievances, public anger of resistance, then constraint or overthrow the regime.By the end of 2010, Tunisia’s “Jasmine Revolution” triggered political and economic turmoil continuously of North Africa, the Middle East, the majority of the Arab world’s social. Following the defection of President Ben Ali, Mubarak, Gaddafi and other strongman regime be overturned like the dominoes, this situation be called “Arab Spring” by the Western media. Following the “Arab Spring”, intense “political opinion” event broke out in eastern regions of Ukraine, Hong Kong of China, northern of Burma. There is a potential political hot issues about the ownership issues of the Diaoyu Islands and the South China Sea in our surrounding areas. Research the impact of “political opinion” in the field of Geo-political economic has important practical significance, it’s helpful for us to understand the public opinion of my country or neighboring countries, assist in the strategic and action planning process, and maintain geostrategic interests.This research use the geopolitics theory, geo-economics theory, geo-political economics theory as the theoretical basis, analyze the space-time expansion of “political opinion” and it’s impacts about geo-political economic aspects by using of qualitative description, quantitative analysis method since the “Arab Spring”. The article consists of four parts. Firstly, this paper define the concept of “political opinion”, and analyze the background and the main reason for the formation of "political opinion". In the second part, this study reviews systematically the time and space expansion characteristics of “political opinion”. Then, analyze the influence of “political opinion” events of political economic development and people’s lives from the political and economic point. In the fourth part, analyze the changes of national relation and Geo-political power structure in the Middle East, North Africa and Eastern Europe and its impact on regional economic cooperation and development under the background time and space spread of “political opinion”, based on the geo-political economic theory. Finally, this research also discusses the influence mechanism of time and space spread of “political opinion” on regional geopolitical and geo-economic development briefly by grasp the full research.
