The Research On Laozi’s Ecological Ethics And Contemporary Value

The issue of ecological ethics is a problem that the entire world is paying attention to now.Ecological ethics is a concern all over the world,and the deterioration of ecological environment is constantly reminding us that everyone living on the earth must pay attention to ecological ethics.Air pollution,marine resources pollution,water resources pollution and other ecological problems can not be solved by a nation or country.The improvement of the ecological environment requires the joint efforts of people all over the world.For China,this is a problem that needs to be addressed,and both the government and the people are paying close attention to it.Finding ways to solve the ecological environment problems needs to be based on the global background of the times and China’s specific national conditions,and can draw strength from China’s traditional culture.There are many thoughts related to ecological ethics in Laozi’s thoughts.First of all,this paper makes a brief introduction to the politics,economy and culture of Laozi and his ecological ethics.He lived in a time of raging wars.Politically,wars waged by the various states for power have led to social unrest,which has caused great damage to people and the environment.In the economy that is another development era,the agriculture aspect has progress but also caused damage to the natural environment.In the cultural hundred schools of thought contend,there is a more open social environment.In the cultural hundred schools of thought contend,there is a more open social environment.In the cultural hundred schools of thought contend,there is a social environment where they can speak freely.Secondly,Laozi’s ecological ethics thoughts were specifically explained from two aspects: ecological understanding and ecological practice.Thirdly,a dialectical analysis of the progress and limitations of Laozi’s ecological ethics.Laozi’s ecological ethics was produced based on the era he lived in.There must be some parts that meet the needs of the times,and in Laozi’s thought of the overall emphasis and self-awakening of the publicity in the time is a progressive.But it is also because of the limitations of the times and individuals that inevitably lead to the limitations of Laozi’s ecological ethics thought.Then it analyzes and affirms the contemporary value of Laozi fromtwo angles.Combining the absorption of the shining part of Laozi’s ecological ethics is conducive to the people to establish a correct ecological concept,so that their own ideological realm has been promoted,in order to cultivate the ecological people who meet the needs of the times and learn to green consumption.In the current shortage of resources and material desires,people can understand how to control themselves and learn to reasonably develop and use resources.Finally,from the perspective of the new era,this paper expounds how to carry on the creative transformation and innovative development of Laozi’s ecological ethics.
