Adolescence is a transitional period from adolescence to adulthood.During this period,the physical and mental development of students is at an unstable level,and the experience of loneliness is strong,which affects the healthy development of their psychology.Among them,family functions and self-awareness will have a certain impact on loneliness.Based on these two factors of loneliness,this paper studies the mechanism of their influence on loneliness.Research of this paper is divided into two main parts: the first part uses the family function assessment scale ","PHCSS self-consciousness scale",and the UCLA loneliness scale of 3 junior middle school to high testing was conducted among 1000 students,and through the regression analysis and other methods for statistical analysis,finally it is concluded that the relationship between the three variables.In the second part of the study,a series of group counseling programs were designed to improve teenagers’ self-awareness and reduce their loneliness.After careful study,the following conclusions can be drawn.1.There are significant differences in adolescent family function in gender,grade,family structure and family economic status,but no significant differences in whether they are the only child or not and where they come from.2.There are significant differences in the family structure and family economic status of teenagers’ self-consciousness,but there are no significant differences in gender,grade,whether they are the only child or not,and where they come from.3.Adolescents’ loneliness has significant differences in family structure and family economic status,but there are no significant differences in gender,grade,whether they are the only child or not,and where they come from.4.There was a significant negative correlation between adolescent family function and self-awareness;Family function was positively correlated with loneliness.There is a significant negative correlation between self-awareness and loneliness.5.Self-awareness plays a part in mediating between family function and loneliness in adolescents.6.Self-awareness intervention programs can effectively improve adolescents’ self-awareness and reduce their loneliness.Based on the statistical analysis results of this study,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: for families,parents should establish a good parent-child relationship with their children,create a warm and harmonious family atmosphere,and cultivate their healthy sense of self;For schools,teachers should guide students to establish correct self-consciousness in the process of education and teaching.Schools can also hold regular lectures on improving students’ self-consciousness and group psychological counseling to promote their mental health development. |
