Research On The Patterns Of Manchu Folk Embroidery In Jinzhou

As an important part of folk art,Jinzhou Manchu folk embroidery is a national intangible cultural heritage with various types and simple rough styles.Various patterns on the embroidery are the important artistic value,with distinct artistic features and profound folk meanings.This paper focuses on the pattern of Jinzhou Manchu folk embroidery,analyzes and explains its unique artistic charm.First of all,through the study of documents and inheritors’ s oral statements,to clarify the historical origin of Jinzhou Manchu folk embroidery,so then clarify the evolution process of its pattern from Nuzhen sewing clothing function to modern decoration function.Secondly,to analyzes the artistic characteristics of the patterns,including modeling law,color expression,structure arrangement and embroidery technique.So concludes that they have formed regular modeling and structure arrangement under the primitive thinking mode.The color rules are influenced by the China traditional color concept and restricted by Manchu custom.The embroidery technique is based on complementary embroidery and package embroidery,absorbed different techniques from different places,it has formed distinct regional and ethnic characteristics.Then,it explores the folk customs of Jinzhou Manchu people,and reflects the social folk customs,material folk customs and spiritual folk customs of Jinzhou Manchu people through the patterns of praying,life scenes and folk beliefs.Finally,in the face of the rapid development of contemporary society,we should think about the correct development path of Jinzhou Manchu folk embroidery.We should keep the traditional artistic characteristics,combine with the current science and technology,digitize the patterns,expand the scope of influence,and make them better inheritance and development.
