The influence of the British East India Company’s use of military force to conquer the Indian region.It was process cannot be ignored in Indian modern historical.At first there were only coastal strongholds and a few number arms of British colonists,but in nearly a century they conquered several power and had a large number of Indian indigenous mercenaries.In the face of the military operations of the British colonists,the various regimes in the India at same time to reversing the situation were not without the possibility.Starting in the second half of the 18 th century,they tried to consolidate themselves militarily and resist military aggression from East Indian companies through reforms.But it ended in failure.From the point of view of military factors,this thesis combing the war between Britain and India in the 18-19 th century,the composition of the army of the East India Company,the problems and strategic factors in military expenditure,to analyzing how the British East India Company completed the conquest of the South Asian subcontinent in 92 years with one political power.The text is divided into five parts,the introduction part mainly leads to the origin of this writing and the current research situation at home and abroad.The first part is composed of two parts: the historical background of the British East India Company’s opening military conquest and the main war.The second part discusses the historical evolution and development of the East India Company from the perspective of forming its own military organization.Explain why the East India Company was able to use this local colonial arm as the main force in the war of aggression.The third part,take the military expense question as the clue,explores how the East India company carries on the transfer solution by the military expense grant treaty;It could also take advantage of subservient regimes to reduce the difficulty of conquest.The fourth part,from the strategic point of view,from the performance of the East India Company in the front of the battlefield,leads to how the company in the face-to-face military operations,with the means of conspiracy and diplomatic assistance to help themselves turns the unfavorable situation,winningthe war of conquest.The final ending part,summarizing the contents of each part of the text.It could be concluded that the military conquest carried out by the British East India Company,whether it is the formation of the army used in the war of aggression,military financing or strategic planning,is to use all favorable conditions to achieve the best conquest effect at the least cost.
