| Slab-Building techniques is a common expression of modern ceramic art creation.Artists often use the texture,state,and suddenness and contingency to express their works.From the traditional single clay paste method to modern,the methods and means of slab-building techniques are becoming more and more abundant.Due to the diversity of production methods,this traditional technology of slab-building has been widely used in the creation of various ceramic works.In this paper,through the exploration of slab-building techniques,it is found that there are similarities and differences between them and paper art.Paper art,as the enlightenment art of some people,has various forms of expression,such as: watercolor painting,paper cutting.The clay molding method is widely used in today’s ceramic works.The technology has been quite mature and the expression is strong.At the same time,it is also the production method that artists often choose.Between the clay and the paper,a form of artistic expression is formed to simulate another artistic expression.As the author’s Enlightenment art,paper art has brought profound artistic experience,while slab-building technology is the field of graduate students’ professional learning.The combination of the two brings new ideas for the subsequent work creation. |
