| With the advent of the era of big data,the use of data in education and teaching is an unstoppable development trend.It is also the necessary way to improve the quality of education.In the process of the development of the globalization and integration of the world economy,the importance of English is becoming increasingly prominent.As a basic skill of language learning,listening plays a fundamental role.English listening learning in junior high school plays an important role in connecting the past with the future.However,in the actual classroom teaching,there are still some problems such as lack of innovation,lack of students’ analysis and lack of support in listening teaching.In this regard,it is very necessary to promote teachers to use all kinds of classroom data of students and give targeted guidance to students,so as to improve the listening teaching effect.At the same time,a systematic discussion of the status quo and promotion strategies of data use in junior high school English teachers’listening class has certain reference value for teachers of other courses,other disciplines and other learning sections to carry out data use practice to optimize teaching and the teacher data use support system.Based on this,this study first carried out a study on the use of existing classroom data and related theories of English listening teaching,and determined the structure of the current survey and the preliminary model of influencing factors.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of junior high school English teachers,questionnaire was prepared to carry out empirical research,to comprehensively understand the current situation of junior high school English teachers’ listening classroom data use and further optimize the influencing factor model.Then,according to the results of the current survey and the influencing factor model,the research puts forward the promotion strategies for the use of data in listening class for junior high school English teachers,and carries out practical research on some of the strategies.It is found that the current situation of data use in listening class of junior high school English teachers is relatively considerable,but most of the teachers’ data use is at the experiential level.They pay more attention to the data of students’ learning results,pay less attention to the process data,and lack of in-depth analysis and processing of the data.Poor performance in the use of information tools;Insufficient attention has been paid to the communication function of data.The survey results of data use needs of teachers show that teachers have the highest needs for expert guidance,teacher training and tool support.Teachers’ understanding of listening course,teachers’ own ability and effectiveness,school support and external support all need to be optimized.In terms of the influencing factors of the listening class data use of junior high school English teachers,it is found that through the difference analysis that the classroom data use of teachers with different genders,teaching age,age,final education level and the school area is different.Through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,it is found that teachers’ title,teaching age,school area and course characteristics,teacher factors,school support and external support all have a certain influence on the use of data.In the junior high school English teachers’ classroom listening and influencing factors of the status quo of the use data analysis,the author from improve teachers’ data use top design,improve listening teaching status,take teachers’ initiative action to promote classroom data use,enhance teachers’ data use guidance and training,optimize teachers’classroom use related technologies,strengthen school level of teachers support data use and in six aspects promote strategies are put forward.Finally,on the basis of putting forward the promotion strategy of promoting the use of data in listening class for junior high school English teachers,the author chooses the combination of tools and strengthening cooperation strategies to conduct a three-week teaching practice research.It’s shows that the use of data software in listening class plays a certain role in optimizing the learning atmosphere,enhancing students’ interest in learning and improving students’ satisfaction with teachers’ teaching.Teachers and students have a high degree of satisfaction with the data software,but a small number of students question the practicability of the software.Teachers are satisfied with the cooperation with university personnel.In addition,problems such as the appropriateness of classroom data use tools and subject teaching,the degree of integration between data use and current teaching environment,the recording and "zeroing" of data,data use and student evaluation are still to be studied. |
