This article takes Mrs.H as the research object and Researching on the core proposition of "Professional Growth of history teachers who graduated from Free Normal University".By introducing Mrs.H’s growth background,learning experience,and teaching experience,it summarizes the factors that affect the professional growth of history teachers who graduated from Free Normal University,so as to explore the general ways to promote the professional growth of history teachers who graduated from Free Normal University.The first part is the introduction.First,introduce the reasons for the topic selection of the thesis,so as to point out the research significance and value of the thesis;Then sort out the related academic achievements related to the thesis research to provide theoretical reference for the thesis research;Then introduce the research methods used in the research;Then point out the innovative points of the thesis research;Finally explain the basic concepts involved in the thesis research.The second part focuses on the growth background and professional history of Mrs.H.Through interviews to understand Mrs.H’s growth experience,and try to sort out the key events that have an impact on his professional growth from family background,life experience,learning experience and teaching experience,and pave the way for the following article.The third part focuses on the analysis of factors that affect Mrs.H’s professional growth.Mainly analyze from two perspectives of advantages and disadvantages:firm professional belief,solid professional foundation,serious work attitude,help from fellow teachers and expansion of continuing education have promoted professional growth;while there are few opportunities for outgoing exchanges and the amount of historical reading Insufficient,inadequate scientific research capabilities,and insufficient management experience restrict the further improvement of professionalism.The fourth part draws inspiration from Mrs.H’s professional growth.Combining the analysis of the background and influencing factors of Mrs.H’s professional growth,some common factors influencing the professional growth of history teachers who graduated from Free Normal University are glimpsed from individual cases.So as to explore the general ways to promote the professional growth of history teachers who graduated from Free Normal University.At the personal level,there are mainly the following points:Establishing professional beliefs is very important for teachers.It can find professional belonging and motivation for teachers.Extensive reading is an effective way to accumulate knowledge.Historical cognition will change with the changes of the times.Therefore,it is necessary to use reading to grasp the dynamics of academic research,understand academic achievements,and update outdated historical concepts in time.Caring for students,handle the relationship between teachers and students,and value student feedback and implementation.Participate in the competition,gain growth in peer exchanges and competitions,and learn from the strengths of others to make up for your own shortcomings.To enhance scientific research ability,it is emphasized that the unity of diligent writing and in-depth study of middle school history teaching should be emphasized.At the school level,it mainly starts from three aspects:providing opportunities for foreign exchanges,helping young teachers and strengthening supervision mechanisms.At the national level,it is recommended that the country improve the remuneration of teachers,reform the publicly funded teacher education system,and develop online continuing education.
