| The inscriptions of Yuanjing Statue Making are preserved in the Caves of Wanfo Tang in the northwest of Yixian County,Jinzhou City,Liaoning Province.They are the earliest inscriptions of Wanfo Tang grottoes and have high historical,artistic,cultural and social values.Inscriptions for crystal debris tuff material,soft texture,high porosity.Inscriptions are engraved in the shade,with a single font about 3cm in length and width and a chisel depth of about 0.5cm.Now semi-hermetic save way,at present the main disease types of concrete repair,surface corrosion,empty drum,dust,Su Jian and salt pan,pulverization,lack of local and scale incrustation and animal damage mechanical crack,weathering the 11 classes,including surface corrosion,Su Jian and salt pan,pulverization,cranny weathering diseases,serious impact on long-term preservation,need to inscribed copy protection and restoration of systematic investigation and scientific processing.This paper takes the inscription of Yuanjing Statue Making in wanfo Tang Grottoes as the research object,and makes a detailed on-site survey of the status quo of inscription preservation to understand the geographic climate,geological environment and other information of the inscription preservation area.The distribution,types and characteristics of the main diseases in the inscription were identified and evaluated.The changes of surface temperature,humidity and water content under closed and open glass doors were tested and analyzed.The physical and mechanical properties,microstructure and main mineral components of the rock material used in the inscriptions are determined by sampling on site and laboratory testing and analysis.Combining the results of field investigation and laboratory test,the pathogenic factors were analyzed from internal and external factors.The occurrence,change and development trend of the disease were simulated by indoor simulation test,and corresponding protection and treatment suggestions were put forward according to the test results.The results show that the stone relics made of tuff are prone to surface corrosion,pulverization,caustic soda and salt diseases.Combined with the cause analysis and simulation results,it is known that inscribed copy itself of the structure,composition,texture feature is the internal cause,cause disease of water is one of the important external cause,the disease that causes inscribed copy of the soluble salt is accelerated the damage,the temperature and humidity of the periodic changes of water,salt and comprehensive role further exacerbated the inscribed copy of the damage;Although the inscription was effectively prevented from being damaged by human factors to a certain extent after the masonry frame and glass door were added to the inscription,the inscription itself was not completely sealed,and the protective effect of this semi-closed protection method on the inscription still needs to be further investigated.In this paper,a detailed investigation and assessment of the diseases on the inscription of Yuanjing Statues was carried out,and the influencing factors of the diseases were comprehensively discussed in combination with field detection and laboratory analysis.The research results can provide a basis for the protection and restoration of the inscription of Yuanjing Statues. |
